My package has been here 1 week and counting. What's really going on here at this place? Seems that this is a very consistent issue they have here losing packages or having packages stolen with no solution means bad management, I perhaps corruption at this facility.

Had a $150 package delivered but put into the wrong mailbox. Who knows if one of my neighbors took it out and kept it for themselves. I’ve been trying to get a guy out here to check for me but they never answer their phones.
Short staffed to say the least so I feel bad for the employees
They're doing the best they can but it really sux going here. There's usually a line and since they only allow 3 persons inside u must stand outside in the heat or cold
This place I'd avoid @all costs but have to visit every once in a while
I wish i could give these blood clots less than half a star! Nobody has answers regarding my missing 78 pound large package that disappeared. No effs are being given by a trash business! I'm beyond pissed! Ready to clock somebody after hearing that customer service bot say everything but the right thing and pointing me towards a helpful solution!

Impossible to call and get ahold of someone. The only thing the USPS is good at is being unavailable and making sure packages don’t get delivered. I hope all the people who work in any capacity for this organization have the worst day of their lives each and every day that they grace the earth with their inabilities to do simple tasks.

This is a weird place, even by post office standards. It's mainly for distribution and mailcarrier training, not full-service.
I've been waiting for a certified letter that was sent first class 6 days ago and all the tracking keeps saying is its departing this facility once every evening and once every morning. Cant get any help on the phone or the website. USPS is going to owe someone a LOT of money if that certified letter doesn't end up at my door for a signature. This wouldn't be the first time my mail was given to someone else.
We are standing outside 100.4°F for 1 hour, the line barely moves. Please, hire more staff, it's cruel to to torture people like this.

ZERO CARE, Rude, loose mail all the time. Marked “couldn't be delivered” automatically without stopping and ringing the door bell. Also don’t drop off your mail here, you’ll be better off going to ups store that accepts usps.

Doesn’t ship to US military bases. Was told I need to go to another office.
First time I visited USPS office a d love to share my feedback overall its good and full support.
Carriers are nice so is the staff if I need help with anything package letter wise they are quick to assist.

This place is a joke. Reported a carrier who attempted to mace my dog today while he was no where near her. When I say dog I mean our 3 month old puppy. She came into my yard and pulled her mace on my dog who was sitting at my feet. We were on my porch. The supervisor who called us back basically said it’s our fault and he doesn’t care because our dog wasn’t leashed. We have NEVER had a problem with any carrier ever in the multiple years we have lived in our home. In fact most of them ask to pet our puppies when we have them out. He told me it’s her first day on route. If she’s going to mace or attempt to mace every dog she sees she is NOT FIT for this job. Below is a photo of our scary massive puppy she attempted to mace for no reason. The second photo is of my screaming at her seconds after. My puppy isn’t even in that photo because she was trying to mace an unprovoked puppy. This is not acceptable.
Judging by ALL the other reviews, I can only surmise that my package has been stolen or “lost” at this point. It took less than a day for my package to ship out from Texas to get to Georgia, but has spent 2 weeks sitting in a facility less than 20mi from me. I have called every number I can think of. When I actually speak to a human (which is nearly impossible), I’m given excuses or told to call my local post office and have them “send an email to the distribution center”(????) concerning my package. I paid for 2 day priority shipping, and it’s been 2 weeks. This is beyond unacceptable. Lesson learned, I will just have to pay extra to avoid ever using USPS again.
-Mailman could not find my address.
-Tracking page said it was sent back to the post office.
-Went there when it opened next day.
- They looked around for 30 minutes for my package and couldn't find it.
- The guy took my number and said he'd call me when/if he finds it.
-1 hour later I get a tracking notification that it has been sent back to the original address.

I missed a parcel recently, so I called to schedule a pickup. The teammate who answered my call was polite and looked for solutions, and was able to help me pickup my package (which I needed for my job) right away.

As just an individual I would never have expected such kindness and consideration for one parcel, but (just like Christmas) the USPS branch here goes above and beyond. Really appreciate our mail carriers for the Heers Lofts downtown, and also for all of the support staff behind the scenes that make the magic happen. Thank you all!!!
Would give 0 stars if I could. My package has been stuck here for almost 4 weeks. Any time my packages go to Atlanta I know they are either going to disappear or they will take a ridiculous amount of time. I’m reasonable and sympathetic, I don’t get frustrated when packages take a long time to deliver. But I do get overwhelmingly frustrated when I never know if my package is going to be late, or stolen. Shut this facility down.

First time I came here was because my apartment complex didn’t have a mailbox key for me and wouldn’t fix it, so had to drive here to see about getting a new one. The front desk lady was extremely rude questioning my life choices about not having money to cover the fix even though it wasn’t even my responsibility to have it fixed. (my paychecks hadn’t switched to direct deposit and my only income was locked in my mailbox). She had the audacity to question me and make extremely rude statements. Her supervisor backed her up saying that she was “just trying to offer motherly advice”. What a joke. Fast forward to now. I was expecting a very important piece of mail. It was paid to be insured and tracked. The tracking number confirmed the delivery but it was not in my mailbox. Went to the annex and they said they would call me with news after the carrier goes through all the mailboxes at my complex. That was about 4 days ago, and I haven’t heard anything. Tried to call and just rings and rings with no answer. Worst postal service I have ever worked with. Not to mention they’re in some sort of feud with my apartment complex so both the complex and the postal service are a complete joke for that reason alone, seeing as they won’t take care of their customers who have nothing to do with the problem.

Update: they never called me to tell me any news about my package, which was a car title btw, and i needed it to receive money from the salvage yard for my car which was then going towards my new car. I had to go in a week later in person just for them to tell me they officially lost it. i went without the title for nearly a month. the postal carrier “supposedly” went through all the mail boxes and said they couldn’t find the package. LUCKILY for me someone found the package in their mailbox while checking their mail yesterday and brought it to me. Saved me a trip from having to go to the dmv and who knows where else to get a new title. Clearly they didn’t bother to check or at least check thoroughly. i have maybe complained one or two other times about service somewhere in a review or directly to management, but this experience takes the cake.

I just want to thank this post office so much. I was waiting for a very expensive package and they took the time out of their day to help me out and make sure I got my package. I really appreciate it so much. I’ve never been happier with a post office.
I have to say that every time I walked in this very busy post office evry single person was so polite, that I am happy to writte this and I hope the manager if this place and employees will see this. Lolota helped many times and always so patient and not only with me, with my kids but also with other people as well. So much patientce it is rare to see in this world.

They don’t answer the phone here and they take forever to provide customer service; the lady in the office gives off a nasty attitude.
My mail carrier just decided to stop delivering mail to my building with this "official" notice. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they can only refuse delivery for safety issues like dogs... This is completely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure illegal. This carrier should no longer be employed. This whole post office branch is a big joke.
Valuable Package was sent to me with priority mail express service. It’s been over a week and the package still sit in this distribution center. I believe I will never get my package especially after reading all the reviews. Usps need to get a grip on this location. Thankfully the package was insured for a lot of money.

Friendly staff had a package wrongly marked as business closed undeliverable and she went out of her way to explain what could have been why etc. Found my package and solved my problem thank you
I sell on eBay. Today a buyer contacted me about a sterling spoon that he’d received that was badly damaged. It had been well-packaged and the shipping box itself wasn’t crushed, but I did NOT sell that spoon in that condition. It had been intentionally bent, with the bowl damaged beyond repair. The buyer says packages always disappear from this location, and he’s never surprised when something odd happens. And I offer free returns, so the buyer had no reason to do this himself. I suspect someone at the distribution center cut the box open and deliberately bent that spoon. I will no longer ship to Atlanta addresses.
I’m not sure if it’s the employees or the establishment higher ups but this is up there for one of the worst post offices I’ve been to. If you’re in a rush or need things done in a timely manner this may not be the place to go to. The employees are nice when they have people working and I can understand being short tempered at times when you’re always understaffed. All in all not the best experience.

My senior parents went here to renew passports. They said Lolita went above and beyond to help them out and was super friendly. They did say the other workers around weren't too nice though
Terrible office. The person delivering my streets mail does so in there own private vehicle and stole my package. I put in a request 6 days after the projected arrival date and suddenly there’s a lun update that it was delivered 6 days earlier. Which is weird since I checked the mail and only had a newspaper and junk mail. They say it was a computer error and just closed the case but called me after hours so I couldn’t call back, left me a half way message about we trust our employees so we’re going to close the case but call if you have questions. I call during supposed business hours but their phones are off and no number will go through. Very dishonest at this office and would not recommend using them if you can avoid it, do it.
Good experience today applying for the first time for my passport. Sharon was patient and lovely! Everything went smoothly and there was not a line.

Honestly decent place, no bad service by any means been there multiple times. They deal with a tough crowed so expect there to be drama if there's 2 people ahead of you.

My package left here at 9pm on Feb 1.srill has not arrived at destination a week later using express Mail. These comments got me feeling doomed.
This location with their staff does an absolute poor job with everything. Customer service is trash. They don't ever pick up the phone. Why even have this place open.
Giving wrong packages with the hours you have is NOT ok! So I was late to pick up since you don’t open until 10, then got wrong package and here next day and you are NOT on time opening back up at 1 pm. Line outside on a weekday so I guess our work schedules and time are lot important around your 4 hour window? Unprofessional and knowing we HAVE to get these from you is not fair to not care more.
I was at the post office yesterday and was waited on by Regan. It was a very unpleasant experience. When I walked up to the counter I said hello and she said nothing. She told me that the forms I filled out on the USPS site wouldn't work and that I would have to fill them out by hand. When I told her that I had used the USPS site to create the forms, she turned her computer screen towards me, before she tried scanning the bar code and said, "see I am not lying". She then scanned the bar code and all the information was correctly entered into the system. When we finished, I thanked her. She looked over my head and loudly said "what do you need" to the next person in line. I will go out of my way not to go to the Westmont post office again.
Today I have visited USPS to send letter, it was big line, but employees are working quick. Clerk was polite and got my letter. I hope that my asap letter will reach the expecting address.

Hard workers they should be more appropriated
The mailbox outside the building is full for the last 2 days, it looks like they didn't pick-up the mail, I stopped by them to let them know that the outside box is full and the costumer service door was closed until 10:05 AM. that office is doing a very poor service to the public even the road is to the mailbox it need to be redone for more the 2 years.

TERRIBLE customer service, could not assist with something as simple as a passport update. The women told me to sign, and I asked “where?” And she replied with “Um how would I know?” My friend, isn’t it your job ~to know~?
I have worked my entire career and have work directly with HQ USPS Minnesota and never in my life I have witnessed such horrendous behavior from government employees! This usps closes at 4:00 pm on Saturdays and they closed the door at 3:56; I still had 4:00 good minutes to ship a life and death situation package and the lady closest to the door kicked me out; no apology, no courtesy and no morals! I want the USPS customer care to look into this legality and there should be consequences to such behaviors! I rushed from the hospital to have documents sent as priority, I ran in with good four minutes left on the clock with clients already standing in and she kicked me out! I want this issue looked and reported!

NEVER had a problem with the 127th annex, period! Every time I've called for an inquiry to pick something up, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond even calling another branch and calling me back withing 10mins.

I mail packages overseas constantly and EVERYTHING has always arrived intact and is scanned and shipped by days end of having dropped it off.

I mean, it's a Post Office, so normally I wouldn't even leave a review, but in seeing all the negatives, I felt I should post about my positive experiences, (which are over 100) in the last year.

I can't help but wonder how many of the negative reviews were left my "Karen's?"

The US POSTAL Annex in Willowbrook,IL has a drive-up mailbox. While this is a great convenience to the public, the driveway is in horrible condition. Just as your car approaches the mailbox, you need to swerve your car to avoid a few HUGE potholes! It's in terrible condition. Honestly, I am shocked that the post office management allows this safety hazard to exist. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Delivery made to postal box yesterday but key was left in it instead of in my own mailbox. My delivery was accessible to anyone! Thankfully I know how incompetent many of the employees are so as soon as I was notified by the supplier that delivery had been made, I immediately went to the common area where all the mailboxes are to retrieve it. Otherwise, I'm not sure if it would still have been there for me.

not getting any mail, missing magazines, credit cards and other mail, I see mail man walking empty handed to apartment mailbox, no deliveries at all for 3-5 days then they drop few advertisment magazines and that's it. complained to ups customer service 4 times and never fixed this issue, and now I'm not getting any mail at all because this way they revenge on us!
The web says the close at 2:00pm as well as the door, yet I'm here at 1:40pm and it's closed. I called and they hang up. The held package due to an attempt of delivery failure so I checked my cameras and no one tried to deliver my package at that time. I asked the mail man if he had my package and said not today? How did he know what I was waiting for? Didn't even check his truck or bag for it, but he did report it returned to hub at 7:45pm? I get it, we all make mistakes, but please quit your job if you are not happy with what you do.... worst service ever.

For some reason this post office cannot seem to deliver my packages to the right address. Have had numerous packages not delivered, or delivered to the wrong house. Just recently had a book delivered four houses down, the numbers aren't even similar. You learn your numbers when you're a toddler, apparently some people who work here never did. I would be less mad if I was close to my neighbors but some of them seem to think my mail should take a few days vacation in their home.

I would really like to know where my tax dollars are going because they certainly aren’t going toward hiring a competent Postal Office. I put in a permanent change of address request on March 29, 2022. I have a picture of this confirmation as well as a letter from USPS confirming this. I stopped receiving mail at my
new address and put in an online request for help. Someone from the Palmdale office called me and said that the change of address had been deleted and that they only saw something for January. Since I have proof that I put this request in on March 29th, I can only assume USPS lost the paperwork, or deleted it from their system. Either way-they don’t seem to have any clue on what they’re supposed to be doing. I am waiting on a check from work and paperwork from my bank. This is a pathetic example of customer service
Sadly incompetent. Nobody to pick up the phone, only a select few carriers seem to be able to deliver mail to the correct address. It's no wonder people dislike the post office. They're basically phoning it in here. Zero effort. I never thought it was possible, but they are actually worse than the DMV.

I got a text that my package is being held at the annex by customer request. I did not request that, the package is 40lbs and the carrier did not want to lug it out of his truck so I have to go get it. I called customer service and hopefully they can change that and get it delivered to me. Their hours stink, they open at 9 and close at 2. I am at work those hours and have to get on the weekend. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays so I cant get it then, ridiculous and frustrating!
Update: I called back to USPS customer service and they said that my package was at another location but that was not so. I went to the annex location and turns out that the regular driver was not working the day my package was supposed to be delivered. I go to pick it up and it turns out my package it on the mail truck out for delivery. If they would answer the phone they could have told me that it was out for delivery instead of having me drive all over town and wasting my time!
I had a package due date 2/22/2022. It was in San Francisco on 2/16/2022. On 2/17/2022 it was 349 miles away in Southern California. And now no expected delivery date. Tracking shows it's still in Southern California. Annex not picking up the phone so I can talk to an actual person. I wouldn't care so much but It is a special harness for my blind dog. It stops him from getting hurt bumping into things.

I agree with this last comment about rudeness being their motto. First, I pay for shipping to have my packages DELIVERED TO MY HOME, not where I have to go to the post office to pick it up. My home happens to be in an apartment complex and on 3rd floor, this means if the package will not fit in the box this mailman will not walk up the stairs and instead brings it back to the post office. This makes it an inconvenience for me for many reasons. I tried explaining that I have health conditions where my BP and HR go through the roof when I stand and even worse when I'm going up and down stairs, which is why I pay for delivery for almost everything including my groceries. I also have back problems and cannot carry heavy things. I have enough trouble getting myself and my 3 year old up the stairs everyday. That is something I HAVE to do. But I have (or thought I had) the luxury of having things delivered to me because I NEED THE HELP. This lady behind the window had the audacity to tell me to move somewhere that's not on the 3rd floor. And told me I could speak to the supervisor, yet continued to shake her head and offer her two cents. Also said after she lifted the box that "yeah this is not safe for him to carry up the stairs." If anyone understands medical conditions it's me, and if he has health problems too that limit his ability to get up and down the stairs, then maybe there's a different position for him that would be of benefit to him AND EVERYONE ELSE. If you want to have me speak to the supervisor, do not say a word more. Do not tell me to move elsewhere when you don't live my life every day. And by the way, what I ordered was diapers and wipes...so if it wasn't that, I wouldn't have stepped foot in there today.

Don't just drop off any packages here. Make sure they are scanned in! Three days after leaving a package (because the place does not always have a person accepting packages) there is no movement on my tracking number. Who knows what happened to it!
I sent a loan payment Priority Mail from Lisbon, ND on or around December 3rd that needed to reach Columbus, OH by the 10th. There was no warning that “Priority” no longer meant 2 days. The payment cleared my bank account on the 15th and today I received a late notice dated the 11th so I called and found out my payment was received on the 14th. I probably could have put a stamp on it and got it there just as fast. What the heck?

This is the worst Post Office I've ever worked with. My mail carrier regularly loses my mail and then they don't answer their phone when I call to ask about it. Losing my mail isn't really a big deal because I only usually get junk mail (No, SpeedyCash, I don't want a $500 loan with 300% APR). What inspired write this review is that I was supposed to receive a $5k check in the mail on or around 11/5. It's now 11/12 and I haven't received it yet, but the person that sent me the check says that it's already been cashed. This leads me to believe that they delivered it to the wrong address. I've been trying to call for 3 days with no answer and the corporate 1-800 number is totally useless. This needs to change. Many people get important documents and potentially life saving medical supplies through the mail. The fact that I can't even call the post office to file a complaint is absolutely abhorrent.

Getting a package delivered by them is probably worse than the regular mail. I order stuff from the internet frequently. Every time the merchant sends a package, it NEVER shows up when it's supposed to. It's always late. I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure whoever's responsible for delivering packages signs off that all of his/her deliveries were made when he/she picks them up from the post office. He/she then delivers them at his/her own convenience. It's worth it to pay more to use UPS, Fedex or even DHL.

This is the worst post office that delivers mail in my area. I moved in a location
about a year ago and I never received my mail. Some of the mail carriers always put the mail in a wrong mailbox. I really just think they're lazy. I've witness two mail carriers not putting mail in the right mailbox. I don't understand how they want to work at the US Post Office and not want to do their job correctly. I recently received my stimulus check And they put the check in the wrong mailbox I've been calling the US Post Office to see where my check and finally one of my neighbors gave me my check. The US Post Office really needs to find out who's working for them. This is a terrible post office for this location. We count on the mail carriers to bring us our privacy and they can't even do that. Next time I'm getting names so that I can post their names to this review.

Just got a message on my phone that a package I had ordered ( live aquarium plants )was delivered, and left in my mailbox, across and down the street. Not there. Checked neighbors mailboxes, and with the them also. No dice. Checked my property twice. Service has gone down in recent years. You get a sneer and your head bitten off when you go to the annex for any situation.
The person who was helping me at the front was not very helpful and provided terrible customer service and gave preferential treatment of me compared to another person behind me. My package said unverifiable because it had 1 number off of my address. My house is at the end of the street and no other houses are there. I received mail that says my name and my address. My name is on the package and because the digit was 1 number off the driver decided it was undeliverable and needed to be verified.

I informed of this as I got a notification that they will attempt to delivering it tomorrow. This notice is from USPS automated messaging. I wait the whole day Sat. Nothing. I told him and he told me they just ship it back if its not verified. I told him you guys never look at the name and other mail that can be associated with the street? He said no. Mind you that this guy was small chatting it up with the lady behind saying how he can go out of his way to deliver it mail for her etc. His statement saying they don’t use common sense is wrong as he himself goes out of his way to deliver mail to her. I told him I give them more credit in comparing names and addresses and he said sometimes they do it depending on your mail carrier. Okay so do you guys compare names and addresses or not?

Once I gave him my tracking number he told me it was in a bin that he will not go through and look for the item for me!!! He said he will leave it for someone else to do! I was so shocked at this statement that I just said okay. He asked me if I ever worked at the post office before? I said no and he then proceeded to tell me he worked for 36 years. Okay so if you worked for 36 years, why don’t you show some customer service and go find my item? It isn’t hard. I told him its in a green package that would not be hard to spot. For him to say if I ever worked for USPS? Get real, customer service is customer service. So the delivery person could compare and know I lived on the end of the street, he showed that he could go out of his way though, he told the wrong information that they ship it back and that my information from USPS is wrong, then he would not check my mail for me, asked if I worked for the carrier, and then is letting
someone else check. That dude needs to quit.

Update:
Just got a call from him today and was suppose to get a call from him yesterday about my package. The packaged was delivered yesterday. However his follow through on saying he would call yesterday didnt happen until today. Also he told me not to get “angry” I was anything but angry and more upset that he created my terrible customer service situation. His inability to remedy the situation or provide the customer service made the matter worse. He didn’t even apologize for his lack of empathy or customer service or even ask me if there was anything he could do better if I was “angry” or upset. He makes USPS look bad.
Was supposed to get a package delivered to my home. Got a note in my mailbox that the package was heavy and to go online to schedule a REdelivery OR pick it up from this location. So I called because when I went online to schedule my REdelivery they couldn't find that tracking number. Whoever delivered my mail didnt scan the barcode. SO THEN when I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes I got to speak to someone who said "I see here your package is 41lbs but I cant understand why it wasnt delivered, we are supposed to be able to deliver up to 70lbs I was a postal carrier for 15 years. I'm sorry ma'am I'll put it out for REdelivery tomorrow." GUESS WHAT? My delivery driver is so lazy I didnt get my package today either. If you cant do your job and drop it off at least knock on the door and I'll come get it from you and carry it to my door. But that's a lot to ask from someone who cant even manage to scan a barcode🤬😤
I have been waiting for my mail in ballot since September 26th and it has yet to be delivered. Cant get anyone on the phone and board of election in chicago is doing nothing. I know a few people who have not received it and all track back to this facility.

I haven’t experienced slow response time when knocking on the door or rude employees. I haven’t needed that kind of assistance. It is an annex location so while employees may be available, it’s locked doors and “ring the bell” service. I will say that since it is drop box mostly, why not leave the doors open later? Other large locations leave the drop box available and lock/block off other areas of the post office. Shortsighted locking the whole facility. It’s inconsistent with other locations so can’t convince me it’s policy.

Items always late. Sent items get lost.
My 401k check was lost and never found. Not enough help, it’s not uncommon to wait 20 min in line to drop off a package.

I don’t get my mail delivered or shipments that are going out don’t get picked upon Saturday🙄
They come before I open, my hours are posted clearly on the door, i open at 11 on Saturdays.
They never come back.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Pretty clean building. Overall experience was good.
Very friendly mail person behind the counter. Surprisingly easy time at the post office.

Takes forever for someone to come to the window, you better off rescheduling delivery then waiting for their mercy. People taking behind window but no one answers. Must be nice to work for government and have no supervision.
I'm a Goshen town resident. Also I order quite a bit from.Amazon for parts, this post office is one of the Worste. I pay for 2nd day delivery for a reason Shippers do their part but when item hits this post office, more than likely ill have to explain to customers, that as usual Gov. Drops the ball. Turns into a 3day afternoon delivery.. wish this outdated gov. Branch would get privatized. Now a days they really lack in service. I couldn't careless how friendly they are, get packages n mail out on time. Over paid n hit or miss service..
I wouldn't miss them be privatized at all..

Just moved to this area and i am extremely disappointed with this post office. They keep returning my mail and don’t make deliveries for my online orders!!!!! They need to privatize ASAP
Confused by the poor reviews. They’ve been very good to me since I’ve moved to Goshen. The office is friendly and helpful and my mail carrier is great.
Ordered an item from Amazon while living in an Airbnb in goshen. The address is in goshen literally 1.5 miles from the village. For some reason goshen doesn't deliver here, cambell hall does. So what do they do? Return the item to seller because they cant deliever the package themselves or drive it 10 minutes down the road to the proper office.

The person on the phone was nice but for an organization made to deliver items... this is stupid.
I must admit, this is a very small post office. The smallest I have ever seen or used. The limited hours have taken some getting used to. I have them on my fridge. It has been 16 months and as far as I know I've received all of my mail. I have in-town delivery and it comes within a 2 hr window. The staff at the P. O. have been friendly, helpful and understanding of the questions. No complaints from me so far
Not the best service. I've had problems with deliveries and spoken to the postmaster here and keep being told I get call backs and never do. Kind of unreliable in that area.
This is the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with our mail doesn't show up until late afternoon or evening we have had our mail show up as late as 10pm before how is that even possible
They question you, about everything. If you put priority tape on your package, with no priority postage, they will send it back to you and tell you to pay more for postage, because apparently using there postage requires additional payment.. unbelievable. There is a clerk over there who really neglects the packages that is handed over to. I was telling the clerk a few times that the package was fragile, and handle it with extreme care... yet to my demise, she throw package on the loading shaft with a grain of salt. Wow, a customer service my ass and really disrespectful. Now, lets not talk about there mail courier, been selfish and arrogant of not delivering the mail because there is a little small pak of snow near my mail box for her little box truck... plus... if there is a package for me that is too large to put in my mail box, they will not come to your door and give it to you.. they will deliberately request you to come to the post and get it... because of there laziness...
Mail comes up missing. i haven't been getting my checks they seem to be missing.
