Strike Bowling Chadstone

We were very well looked after by Bonnie and Sam for our team bowling afternoon. Awesome setup at Strike Chadstone, a few tech issues but the team got onto it straight away and it was a fab afternoon!

The guy served me was very unprofessional. He was not welcoming me and my friend, and we left there not knowing what to do and get into the bowling booking machine which not working. But when there was another customer after us came, he welcomed them instead. At the end we book the bowling for one game and order a fries, he totally forgot our order! We about to finish the game, and when we asked, he said he forgot. There was literally only 3 groups around, was not busy at all. At the end we received our chips when we finished our game and get it for takeaway instead. Very disappointing.

Bonnie was so fun and helped create a memorable bowling experience with her infectious enthusiasm and good vibes. Loved it here! Also loved her New Jersey accent haha

Sure, this may be the most basic Strike bowling ever (8 lanes and a bar), but that does not stop me from letting the good times roll here. The main draw for me is the theming based around a train station, which really adds to the experience of an already awesome venue.

For shoes, you grab them yourselves which saves time and is more efficient that way, even though it's counterintuitive but still!
Even the lanes light up as the rails with your lane being a train platform, and there's also helpful advice for the balls (I wish other venues had this). And you type in the names yourselves so you don't embarrass yourself from a spelling error (you could also do pictures instead for the names).

Took my girls on a curriculum day. Lots of fun and Rowan was super helpful with helping us get our shoes, to setting us up and helping when we had some trouble with the lane. Will definitely be back again soon

Two of us came to Strike Bowling in Chadstone on a Wednesday night for some bowling action. We had originally booked for 7pm, but when our dinner went later than intended, I made a quick call to Strike headquarters and they kindly rescheduled our booking for 8pm. On arrival at Strike, the man at the counter was super enthusiastic and explained the process efficiently. We collected our bowling shoes ourselves (honestly such a revolutionary idea and saves so much time) and we were on our way to the bowling alley. We entered in our names and started playing. We had a great time overall. Thank you Strike for the positive bowling experience!

MVP’s of the night have to go to Calvin & George! Absolutely unbelievable hospitality. Calvin was particularly of mention. He was polite, patient and an all around amazing employee! Made the entire process of a having a large booking very seamless and ensured we were well taken care of for the entire night. Similarly, George was also very lovely and helpful, especially in the arcade area. He ensured our experience was pleasant, and very well enjoyed!
