A very big tech park consisting of two buildings. It houses multiple offices and is very well built
The place has decent architecture and basic facilities. Security personnel are pretty active but maintenance needs to be better. But washrooms are almost always clean and functional and soap and water are always available. Good parking and garden also. Some dogs to hang around with, the people are also nice, nothing against them. Office spaces are also great and power outages are handled pretty well.
It shares common entrance wid another complex of Lodha.
So 1st timers u will b confused wid Google maps making u go merry go round.
It has its own rules, parking randomly can cost u fine, which is stringent on collection .

The ugliest part is u will find many cockroaches in their washrooms. Strange but fact.

The atmosphere and greenery gives you pleasant and calm vibes. Office space is well maintained, calm, peaceful and pleasant. Great place to work.
Lodha is the worst builder in residential and office space. This complex they have common toilets like railway station for all the offices. The toilets are not even provided with tissue rolls. How do you expect them to be kept clean. The offices are not fully occupied. There are 5 stalls and 3 urinals on one side and same on the other wing. Suppose the offices are fully occupied then expect to have a big queue. These builders do not think about the office occupancy. Their construction is the worst. After 1 year the results will be out.

Bus connectivity is poor to and from Thane station. Evening for rickshaw it is a struggle to reach back home. All roads are jam packed. From Mulund it's a costly affair.

Recently I visited this place, A truly exceptional office space! The cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch, creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere. However, what really sets this place apart is the magnificent landscaping. The greenery and outdoor spaces add a refreshing touch, making it a delightful place to work.
Pros:
1. Helping security staff and helpdesk managers.
2. Opposite to bus stop. Can catch buses every 15 to 20 mins.
3. Clean entrance of the building with ample seating arrangements.
Cons:
1. Building entrance is towards the back. Have to walk all the way past the parking area which is on the ground floor.
2. Limited lobby space on each floor.
3. Dumping ground towards the back of the premises (but the dumping area is outside the fence).
4. No prominent food stores or restaurants for 10 mins in either direction of the building (only street vendors like sugarcane juices, gola, vadapav).
5. Kind of lonely street even during the day.

One of the best A grade office buildings in Thane. Offices are spacious with all modern facilities. Excellent elevators, well maintained toilets make this building the first choice for corporates and professionals.
