This company is very rude, not professional. They don’t care about their employees they just care about the money that’s coming in. They don’t give vacation time. IPSA makes employees use their sick days to take a vacation.The dispatch team is horrible they scream and talk to you with a attitude when you call out or tell you you can’t call out.They take months to supply you with the proper uniform.

I've worked with this company off and on since 1996. I really can't recall any problems that I've had with this company. Staff is responsive. Dispatchers are knowledgeable, and not abusive as some companies would have. Their school is getting popular and also run by a knowledgeable staff.

I have been working here for 7 years and each year we have grown and exceeded our own expectations. I am extremely proud of our Security Officers and Operations Staff who make that possible!

I BEEN WORKING HERE FOR 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE 0 COMPLAINTS LOVE IT THE TASK ISN'T EASY IT'S A LOT TO DO ITS NOT AN ORDINARY SECURITY COMPANY AND THAT'S WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT IT EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND DOES THEIR JOB

I waited 3 Hours to be Interviewed showed so much Patience with them wen he called me he didn't even ask me my name to tell him about myself nOTHING I felt like shii#t! he then asked can I stand for 8 Hours I guess he did notice I have a disability on my leg so he automatically assumed I couldn't handled anything thrown at me then he told me it doesn't look like I can handle a Tough skin job he told me that cleaning ppl throw things at his staff in some places he puts them to work I THINK THAS BS just for me to not want to work their which I areadi kno knew he was not going to hire me just by him even going straight to the question of me Standing for long then WHile waiting I was talking to the others THEY ALL GOT HIRED mind u ALL MEN I was the only Female and they old said they got HOTEL JOBS and he was trying to put me in a the wax museum in 42nd NO its not FARE DONT GO HERE! I DEF Got discriminated AND I KNOW I DID! WATVER !
