WOW - Just WOW. How rude can your receptionists be. Anyone would have thought it was an inconvenience to answer the phone - NEWS ALERT IT IS YOUR JOB. So sorry to make you have to earn your money. God complex much! You are providing a customer service and guess what I am your customer. How dare I request information on myself. One day you will require assistance - let us hope you don't come across someone like you!

I have had a year where I've actually thought about looking after myself for once. I have had MANY appointments in the last couple of months, back and forth and maybe become somewhat an absolute pain in the backside for these staff with many different things thrown at them at once where I have pushed my own health to the side for a while and its all coming out in one go. I communicate best with this surgery via email! And their response time is so quick and sufficient. And even when speaking to them on the phone they have been so so helpful with my requests and everything I've needed. I've been coming to this surgery for 24 years and I cannot fault them at all. Dr Sharma is a great doctor and is always willing to help with such detail. Sometimes it's just nice to know you are doing a great job. So to all the staff at Noak Bridge Medical Centre keep up the good work. You are all doing an amazing job!

The doctor who conducted a telephone consultation re my son was brilliant!
They really listened to my son’s description of his symptoms & got the plan of action spot on explaining reasoning so clearly and not minding when they had to explain more than once.
My son is now being treated in Basildon Hospital & Southend Eye Unit for Cellulitis & Sinusitis. The GP got it spot on that the symptoms my son described were possibly serious & that it was better to be safe than sorry - but not in an alarming way.
Having spoken to various healthcare providers over the weekend (111 & pharmacy) the NAK Bridge practitioner really listened.
Thanks & great work to the surgery staff who arranged the call back appointment so swiftly.
I have not telephoned the surgery but the My GP App worked really well. I have emailed the practice & they have responded very quickly.

Turned up for a emergency appointment today, repeatedly rang the reception bell, after 10 minutes the male receptionist appeared wearing EarPods, clearly not hearing the bell, he then tried to register me and it said on the system I had missed my appointment
Due to being late, when I clearly wasn’t, perhaps for future reference maybe focus on listening out for patients coming to there appointments rather than your music etc, as I think a patient seeing there doctor takes president over someone listening to there music.

I can't find words to describe this surgery,
Yes I can poor,sorry to say that,make a appointment no chance but if they want to give you a flu jab or covid jab on your case every day,

ive been with this surgery for 23 years! never had a problem with them. often busy if you call in the morning but if you call around 9.30 you can normally get through, then the gp calls you back or you get to see them always on the same day. never had to wait 2 weeks or anything like that. receptionists are nice and if you post a letter in they always call you back.

Friendly and helpful receptionists, very efficient with routine matters. Dr Sharma is one of the best GPs I've had - very thorough and helpful, and sends useful follow-up information. The whole practice is particularly good at ensuring anything to do with children is sorted very quickly. My only issue would be it can be hard to get through on the phone, but I think that's par for the course!

If I could do 0 I would, worst surgery ever don’t join in there , there is lack of knowledge and such a rudeness so unbelievable.
Patient of theirs that I know had a breakdown and a receptionist said she don’t wanna hear it wow ! Oh my days,also they don’t book appointments properly patients don’t receive call back at all and only book with hub .Receptionist called Angela in there should not be working there so rude , lack of knowledge and sympathy , I literally can’t believe it , I’ve never left a bad review for nobody , but this is beyond , they need training of system one and customer service. Hopefully all off these staff in this surgery start having some care,
This surgery should be investigated and be under control and there is lack of respect!
