I’m a resident at a building Naro Dzidzovic manages and he has helped me several times in the past few years on an individual basis including a delicate inter-tenant matter. In each instance, he was responsive and professional and the matter got resolved. I can only imagine the responsibility placed on one individual for a building of 100+ unit size, all the issues that come up on a building-wide basis and all the individual tenant matters— it would be a lot to handle for two people yet Mr. Dzidzovic manages our building quite well. Things run smoothly such that you don’t recognize all the efforts taking place behind the scenes, and when things don’t run smoothly, there is a prompt and courteous advisory; and we have excellent staff in our building which is a testament to the vetting of the company. We are lucky to have an individual as professional and committed and experienced as Mr. Dzidzovic caring for our building. Thank you for your efforts if you are not thanked enough. You have our debt of gratitude.

This is one of the worst realty in Queens. This is not Orsid but it is RACIST REALTY. Recently me and my daughter applied for 151-20 88th street Apt 3F, Howard Beach, NY, Queens after 40% down payment with Chase Bank mortgage approval, but the board denied us on the basis of color and religion. The Orsid Realty took our almost $1400.00 in the name of processing fees. Besides the board took our valuable time. Visiting them to buy apartments is only waste of money and time.

I lived at the Vineyard Cooperative in Howard Beach for 10 years. Orsid was our management company and I have never had a problem. Anytime there was an issue or I needed something to be addressed, Mr. Naro Dzidzovic made certain that things were handled expeditiously and professionally. He was always available to talk with me about any concerns or issues I might have had.

Naro Dzidzovic does excellent work as our building manager. I have lived in the building over four years and worked on the Board with Naro. He is knowledgeable about the wide range of topics that effect our building from city regulations to vendor relations. Naro is always accessible to the Board and he takes the time to help us find solutions that are cost effective and in the best interest of our building. Most importantly, he is a kind human who genuinely cares about the building and its' people. We are lucky to work with him.

I wish to post my sincere feelings about Mr. Naro Dzidzovic and his fellow employees. I have been a resident at 150 Burns St. for the past 9 years and I am raising my family here. Naro continually works to improve our building and cares deeply about all the tenants. He understands that it takes a community to create a culture of respectful living in New York City and he is a leader. Naro visits our building regularly and is always available to contact. I don't often write reviews but I believe in this case it is definitely warranted. I wish to share with others that the ORSID team is providing a wonderful service with dedication to help create and sustain a healthy living environment. Thank you.

Our co-op has been using Orsid for over five years. Our building manager, Naro, is extremely dedicated and has guided us through large projects like steam trap upgrades, Local Law 11 repairs, and our current elevator modernization. Naro brings in quality contractors and offers practical solutions for saving money. He really puts his heart into doing what’s best for us. He and the Orsid team have extensive knowledge and reach, bringing Manhattan-level services to our Queens building.

Very helpful
