20 Park

20 Park is the best building and Stonehenge is an extremely professional and pleasant management company! Andrew Arfe, the assistant property manager was so accommodating and responsive. Andrew went above and beyond for my roommates and I throughout our entire lease. He made our experience with Stonehenge and 20 Park so positive. I would recommend 20 Park in a second to anyone looking for an apartment in the area and would 100% move into a Stonehenge building in the future.

The building is great! In addition to be a fabulous location, the gym is nicely situated on the first floor (not the basement). The laundry room is immaculately clean. The service at the building is first rate. The doormen (Clint, Roger, and Kedar) are top shelf. There is a live in handyman, the super and porter are both fantastic. Finally, the property manager Andrew Arfe is super responsive, even on weekends and in the evenings. The leasing experience was pleasant enough. The building has an app which is quite helpful in making service requets, paying rent, tracking packages being held, etc. Overall, I highly recommend.

My wife and I just finished an extensive search lasting several months for our NYC apartment and we want to share my wonderful experience about Stonehenge Properties. Nanci Wagner (Leasing Agent) was most accommodating and very professional with showing the building and sharing all the information that sealed our decision. David Goldschmidt (Property Manager) was a pleasure to deal with. His assistance scheduling our move and deliveries of furniture was polite and assured us a seamless transition.

We are thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Stonehenge Management. Nanci Wagner, our leasing agent is excellent. She has such a positive vibe and is just a pleasure to work with. She is prompt, professional and made the leasing process a breeze for us.

Been living here since 11/9, had many issues such as no hot water, flooding appliances, damage caused by superintendent. Management company is a joke and simply fobs me off and does nothing. Don’t be fooled, Stonehenge management are nice to begin with but do nothing when problems occur. I’ve filed 4 311 complaints in a “luxury” building. Avoid.

We currently live at 20 Park Ave, and absolutely love it here. We are going on our second year and are staying for many reasons, but the main one being the staff that they've put in place to run this building. We adore all of our doormen & women along with the rest of the helpful crew who keep our building clean, comfortable & easy. We also have to give David Goldschmidt, the assistant property manager a shoutout for always being there at the drop of the hat if we have any issues or concerns. I HIGHLY recommend Stonehenge to anyone looking for a great building in a great neighborhood.

We recently moved into 20 Park and the last couple months have been great. The application & leasing process went seamless, shout out to Nanci Wagner for being so responsive to any questions and pushing things through faster than we've ever experienced. Looking forward to our time living there.
