Someone needs to explain why the McKinney location keeps getting updates while the other impact facilities get nothing. Sure seems like the members at the other locations are subsidizing McKinney. Just feel bad for the coaches and kids at the other locations.

1. This club is great, have an amazing selection of music , oh sorry I forgot that this is supposed to be a public tennis facilities funded by the tax payers of McKinney.
2. You better have something else to do until 8 PM, because playing tennis here is not an option. All the courts are busy making money with the junior programs. You cannot find a court until 8 or 8:30 pm A money machine courtesy of the tax payers of McKinney. Nothing wrong developing kids but it cannot be 100% of the facilities.
3. Tennis leagues? What is that? Basically have to be run by the players, the facility doesn’t get involved. Maybe should learn from the Plano facility High Point, they have real recreational programs for all ages and interest.

Scheduling online and through the app is a mess. User interface and design is not consumer friendly. Pricing for tennis court and pickle ball court is confusing and not clearly listed. After calling the facility, whoever picked up the phone could not help with explaining the pricing or confirming reservations. Once I arrived on site to check in I asked for what the rates or regarding court reservations and all the staff were clueless on how to explain.
All I needed to know was how much it is to reserve an indoor pickleball court. Is it done by person? Per hour? Per court? And what are you charging?!? - did not find this answer online, via phone, or even in person.

The people here are not good. We've been trying to go a pickle ball class as a couple. Seems easy, been near impossible. Finally thought we had it. Allegedly both signed up but they could only take payment for one on the account and the other we'd pay night of. Show up tonight for the class and it was like an Abott and Costello routine where finally the story was it's the City's fault for the process and only one of us was actually signed up. That one could play but the other one couldn't. They could be wait list for the class startingin five minutes. They clearly didn't care and despite all the calls we'd had getting to this point it was the City's fault and sorry. They don't care because plenty of people. It's a nice facility but they don't care if they hose you

The Courts at McKinney Review:
1. The physical structure, parking, access and Pro shop were well planned and allow for ingress and egress easily.
2. The staff, whether they are at the desk, on the court or in the PTO shop are kind, help and professional.
3. The online reservation tool, ease of access, payment and security again are very good.
4. The outdoor playing experience, the amount of courts, setup and quality are very good.
5. Contrary to the outdoor courts, the indoor tennis experience is the worst that I have ever experienced. With pickle ball players consuming three courts and the very loud music during the drills, the ability to hear the professionals giving direction is nearly impossible. At $40 for 90 minutes, we truly deserve a much better experience.

Great place to play tennis as it has both outdoor and indoor courts. Ball machines are available Coaches are available and arrangements should be made in advance. Courts are booked online. Sports shop available on site for any accessories you may need.
Downside is courts are not always available especially when the weather is bad for outdoor play

They have several indoor pickleball and tennis courts that you can reserve and play on. They have outdoor courts as well. We booked an hour and a half for $36 so really it is quite reasonable. The facility and restrooms are clean. There is a pro shop for gear.
