ALWAYS DELAYED. 3 OR 4 SCHEDULED BUSES DOESN'T EVEN ARRIVE ON BUS STOPS. WORST SERVICE.

The bus J01 often departs late

Bus frequency in non busy time is more frequent (every 20min) than rush hour (every 30 min) for J01 bus

105 - 17 march 2022 at 13:07 pm, driver was so rude.! He opened one door so I loses my spot by the end of the bus and it was literally bottlenecking. Finally when I get in, driver started to push us further inside the buss and started a negotiation with the security guard, I couldn’t understand it, but obviously it wasn’t pleasant discussion. I took off the buss. Security was also standing while others are hijacking the queue.

My recommendation: please realign your resources.
