My partner and I have visited Club Shhh a few times now on a Wednesday, and we always enjoy ourselves. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and were very helpful when we had a problem with another guest being a bit too hands-on without asking first. Apart from this one incident, the people we have met at the club have always been very polite and respectful, and that is one of the reasons we enjoy visiting so much.
The hot tub is great, but the chlorine levels do sting the eyes after a while and my partner and I both slipped on a metal bracket on the floor on the way into the hot tub room which needs looking at.
The dungeon is also in desperate need of updating. The straps need replacing on the equipment, and if you enjoy a good spanking like we do, it's best to bring your own as their selection is poor.
The videos that are played on the screens could be more amateur and the music is way too loud.
Overall, we love the Club and never leave disappointed.

Definitely not wheelchair or disability friendly, owner appears to give abusive replies to anyone who posts a negative review, and then bans them for life, which will obviously be the life of the club,

Very very poor place. Girlfriend tripped over on the carpet and they then accused her of being drunk saying that was the reason she tripped. Refused to hand back our membership form that we had filled in with our personal details on. We left them an honest review of our experience of the club and staff and received a torrent of abuse from them, accusing of them being aggressive and abusive which completely wasnt the case. They need to realise that not everyone is going to leave them a good review and need to learn to accept the good and the bad.
Been down twice now with a good friend of mine who has mobility issues, twice they have refused him entry, even after them saying the first time that he was welcome to come back any another time and me confirming earlier this week it was him that was coming back again tonight. Pure discrimination

Been to a few swinging clubs over the years and this was great,staff extremely friendly and even though this was the first opening after covid they were very well organised, lovely people no one pushy or drunk and a grt atmosphere, met a lovely couple and will hopefully remain friends,thanks to chloe and Ryan.
Me and bf visit lots of clubs around country , really pleased that there is a great club in the toon. Fab people and really friendly . We love the new bar . Heather and Ali are really great and make everyone feel comfortable. Nice to see new decoration happening . Brill!

Been to SHHH a number of times now and find the facilities well laid out, if not a little dated, run down and need of some repair but still worth coming back for, i understand a little bit of the history from conversations with staff and other members so understand there some issue which are being resolved.
The SHHH members and staff are the real draw, members have always been very friendly and chatty. The staff are always very professional, courteous, friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel very welcome and relaxed.
I can see why some of the reviews have been quite low but i think the club has a lot of potential once the repairs and changes are carried out.

We have both been to shh on a regular basis most recently was this month.
What can I say at the start this seemed like a great club and had so much potential but management has run this club into the ground. Lack of rules and allowing pepole to just do as they please with no consequences, seems to be one rule for some and diffrent rules for others. All the boss seems to care about is. Money and not our saftey as there has been many that should have been removed from club but just get ignored as long as there spending cash.
