Great bunch of rocks , best bunch I've seen, would recommend to a friend, lovely hike to get there and back
Great hike area, and great view of Lady Bower Reservoir and Win Hill, and so much more along the Derwent Edge
This place is so beautiful that it's hard to describe it in words. Whole mounds of blooming heather only add to the charms of magic. We did almost 15km of the walk, but each of us was delighted. The path is easy and fun. There are fantastic rock formations that we have climbed of course and the views ... are breathtaking!
Can't wait to go back in the summer. Weather was awful but good to get out!
Derwent Edge offers spectacular views of Ladybower and Derwent even before you continue on your journey to marvel at the rock formations along the pathway.
Right from your entry point at Cutthroat Bridge and long ascent to the first viewpoint all the way to the trig point you are afforded a treat for the eyes and a wind that will blow away anything that's not securely attached to your person.
The first half of this journey has some quite worn paths but then the second half has a granite paved path that is perfect.

A long rocky path up to the top but when there the views are amazing. Overlooking Derwent Dam and views of all around the Peak District and as far as Manchester and Snowdon 👀 the rock formations are the highlights they’re like something straight out of a western! amazing place to visit, highly recommend.
Stunning and really fun to climb over. It was foggy so didn't see much, but the views are amazing on a good day
