With RM1, I checked my blood, xray, got medicines. It does take some time to wait but it's always better than spending hundreds to thousands in private hospitals

been here many times, and what can I say is they have the best service in town! semua misi dengan doctor baik2 belaka.

I was referred here from Sultanah Aminah Hospital JB for my checkup & meds. It's a polyklinik with maternity ward & dentistery with normal health care. Limited parking space inside. Now, public not allowed to park inside because of Covod. Quite crowded. Worse crowd after public holidays. 4-5 doctors and 2-3 dentists. Special days only for blood test & eye test. Cannot miss appointment or else, it will be months before the next one. Govt should expand & extent this place. It was supposed to be just a village clinic. Now it is overworked because of all nearby housing estates' residents are referred here.

Good service and professional team. Awesome the nurse and doctor. Proud of you. As government doctor and nurse work load is extremely heavy, we as a public should tolerance and appreciated to their contribution.

Service from nurses sometime okay sometime not. Cakap baik2 jelah. Kami ni paham je. Tak perlu bising. We are human too. Have emotion and feelings.

It is obvious the service is slow since a lot of people there. waiting time up to 3-4 hours is normal over there. Wondering if they can speed up the process for newborn baby and the mother since the baby could not even wear the face mask and exposed to public for a very long time due to long waiting time.

Bad service from front desk nurses for registration. I heard one of the nurses talked very rude to chinese patience with high tone "Faham!". I was also having the rudeness of the old nurse during registration. She said "eh budak ni" and when I was about to take sanitizer, the nurses there (guy and woman with blue uniform) showed no politeness by saying "minta permission dulu". Is this how civil servants' way of service especially the front liner? Pathetic..
