I've been coming here for a year now to manage a very challenging medical problem and I feel the same way. They have not only helped me with that but also with the depression I suffered because of it (I went from jogging every day to lying in bed every day). No matter how crowded the waiting room, they would hear me out and reassure me that all will be well. Even though the doctors have changed since I started coming here, they all have the same patient, compassionate attitude. The current head doctor, Dr Nurulain, is really fantastic.

I had an excellent experience at Poliklinik Hidayah Krubong. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive. The clinic was well-maintained and clean. I received exceptional care from the doctor/nurses, and their expertise made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this clinic for their top-notch service.

After sales service do matters! It differentiate it from other clinics and it shows you care your customer/patient well. Been introduce by Utem to this clinic and since then i feel this is the best clinic in Melaka.

Went to the clinic last week and got a very quick and professional consultation. Doctor walked me through how long it would take to cure what I had, told me what I should avoid and gave me some meds to help clear it up. Will definitely come back again.
