Great friendly atmosphere! The Danish was really light and tasty but the bronut was outstanding! Highly recommend it!

also the baker (didn’t get his name! Damn) had a bunch of great tips for us as new travellers to SA. he had tips for Adelaide hills, McLaren vale and all the region. Great bloke, great spot!

Best bakery in the CBD by far. Sets the standard very high. Friendly staff and consistently excellent baked goods. Always a joy.

The best "Baker's Delight" in Australia. By a mile. Not even close. Products are consistent (not random sizes every day), range is excellent (not being a BD anymore has it's benefits!) and everything is delicious.

But the service is honestly so disgustingly nice it puts a smile on my face every time. Just a shame I work on the other side of the city these days!

we are 2 women from Germany and visited the bakehouse today and we love all kinds of bread :) this is the first bread bakery that we have found in Australia with amazing bread! The Bronuts and the chocolate scones were so so so delicious, the best we ever had!! Of course, we took the sourdough bread and it was very good, we loved it! The owner and the staff is so nice and sweet, we really like them:) if you are in Adelaide you absolutely have to visit them, it was amazing there;)

Fresh,good prices,yummy,anything you buy there. Friendly great service,sometimes two serving me at the same time, to make sure all is good. Sliced Bread I bought today so fresh.Young girl working in late afternoon shift always so good.

Great selection in store. The bread and bread rolls are very good. I tried most of them over the last few months and didn't get disappointed. If you like the salted bread then you should try the pretzels. And if you haven't tried the bread then try the pretzels.
