TDSB Central Transcript Office

Worst service the moment they stopped doing walk in transcript at the original Keele Location. The idea that they refused to sent your transcript through email instead must be done through physical mail which takes more than a month is unacceptable.

Horrible service. horrible staff. They say it takes 2 weeks for your process but be prepared to wait a month easily. 2 weeks of slow processing then another 2 weeks of shipping when you in canada the same city too is a joke.

there virtual assistance is almost non existent. they say 2 weeks but you rlly never know when you’ll get your transcript updated. Very un professional and our money is going towards no good. charge $24 to do a couple clicks and update the transcript but they can’t even do it on time or even close to the timeframe they say. Please write your review if this has also happened to you. Horrible organization, needs new staf and regulations. 👎

The supervisor for the Transcript Office is incompetent and minimal with words and completely unwilling and unhelpful in assisting with basic issues.

Dude They have a fish pond it's so big

I went several times here as a computer technician to work for TDSB. People are very nice especially the TDSB IT Manager guy.

Great service. Had my transcript done in 3 days. Shoutout to Elizabeth for being so helpful.
