We decided to stop in Savannah last minute to break up our drive down from northern GA to Miami, FL. Our travel agent got a us a great deal and and an upgraded suite. The hotel was perfect for us and was pet friendly with no extra fee for bringing our dog - just what we needed!

First and foremost I'd like to say that the team at House of Travel are beyond extraordinary! I was a little hesitant to even reach out to a travel agency since most of us think we can do without, but the reality is that no, we still need professional guidance from travel agents. They are almost godsent! I was in a very difficult situation outside of the States. I had lost my passport abroad and they were there every step of the way with me. They were able to provide and update my travel itinerary as needed. Even if I called three times a day to get them to change it, they did and always with a smile on their face. You can tell when people love their work, I can say from experience that they love what they do. They are so welcoming and willing to help you however they can. I highly recommend them. Cynthia with House of Travel is the best! She always has my best interest in mind! She makes sure I am well taken care of! She is friendly and professional and always quick to reply to my requests. She’s also thorough and catches my mistakes if the dates I have given her do not make sense. I love how she makes sure the places/hotels I suggest are in reputable areas of town and nothing less than 4 or 5 stars! Although I use HOT for business, I know I can count on them for personal if or when needed.

Everything from finding the best locations for what we are looking for, to booking it, answering all our question to going above and beyond their call of duty. I will never book a vacation without them (especially Alley) ever again. Life savers and true customer service that can't be matched. We were on a cruise and my husband lost his wedding ring and only noticed after we got off the boat. He knew where it was; the cabin bathroom. Everyone from the ship brushed us off and told us they looked but it was gone. We were heart broken. However with a drop of hope left we called our travel agent at house of travel who booked the trip for us. She got her rep on the boat and GOT HIS RING BACK. Something that would have been impossible if we didn't have house of travel behind us. This is just one example of the way they do things. Amazing.
