Cynthia with House of Travel is the best! She always has my best interest in mind! She makes sure I am well taken care of! She is friendly and professional and always quick to reply to my requests. She’s also thorough and catches my mistakes if the dates I have given her do not make sense. I love how she makes sure the places/hotels I suggest are in reputable areas of town and nothing less than 4 or 5 stars! Although I use HOT for business, I know I can count on them for personal if or when needed.
