Great location, kind and generous staff, and I've always had a fun time!

The cinema is quite nice. The only real problem is how people behave during the movie. Lately I have experienced some very rude behaviour, such as talking loudly and filming TikTok videos during the movie, littering and taking of shoes and putting their smelly feet right next to other people's heads or in between the seats. I might be tempted to start taking pictures. But I honestly just want to enjoy the movie. And if you try to say something they get really aggressive. I have experienced such behaviour from both young and older people, as well as families! Very disappointing really. Or maybe I am the rude one for wanting to enjoy the movie without disturbances...

Theatre is as it is good with good sound and capacity. The seats are a bit towards an uncomfortable zone. Salong 6 is one of the largest but with very little seat space which makes a long film uncomfortable to watch. Snacks are sometimes unavailable. Can be managed well.

they were out of bacon crisps and their slushie machine were broken. those two were literally all the snacks i wanted. otherwise super amazing and fun and great!!!! nice clean toilets

Cinema in the city center with around 6 halls. We went for Barbie premier. 2 tickets 380 sek, popcorn with big drink 160 sek. The sound was not very good actually. The staff was nice.

It’s a good place though feel small when you look at the screen. I feel there can be improvements made to seating. My kids enjoy watching movies in this place. Good staff at the popcorn and drinks place. Watched Super Mario movie.

The best thing with Biopalatset is that parts of Gothenburg's old walls is preserved in the basement.
