Went to Similan with this agency. We were very disappointed with the vehicle as it only had benches on the sides of the boat, which was extremely inconvenient for the more than 1-hour-long trip. Additionally, there were not enough seats to accommodate all the people on board, and some individuals had to squeeze themselves into the edge seats between their neighbors' legs.
The Similan Islands themselves are magnificent, a kind of extraterrestrial piece of untouched nature with white sand and azure water. So I recommend visiting, but consider different agency.

We booked a Phuket Day Trip. Should have been about an hour drive from Khao Lak. Nobody in the Bus (8 People) knew what happened next. The driver spoke no English, German, French. He just did not reply to questions. After 3,5 Hours in an badly climatized Bus with no water we reached the Big Buddha Site where nobody wanted to go. Again after telling him that we all wanted to go to Phuket he just shrug his shoulders. What a grotesque experience. Do NOT book them.
We booked the adventure of 2 days/1 night in Khao Sok National Park tour and we were incredibly impressed. The tour had everything needed to make a trip to Thailand worth it: long tail boat rides, jungle exploring, bungalow living, and delicious food. I travel frequently internationally and Oil is one of the best tour guides I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable about the wildlife present in the park. She expertly led us on a night safari and on a hike. Alex our driver had a smile on his face the entire time during the drive and during the tour itself. He was always on the spot if we needed assistance. Both Oil and Alex were very accommodating and catered to all our needs, including providing us delicious meals and making the trek to pick us up and drop us off all the way down in Phuket. There isn’t enough space to write how thankful we are for both of them. I highly highly recommend this tour and also recommend requesting for both Oil and Alex to join you.
We booked a trip to Surin island, although the hotel pickup for starting the tour was really early compared to others it meant we were one of the first to snorkel and visit the islands so there weren't many people there, just those from our tour group.

Wow!!! Amazing!!!! We did white water rafting, atv quad biking, ziplining, waterfall visit on first day and monkey parks, james bond island, longtail boat through mangroves, gypsea sea village lunch, canoeing over 2nd day, during quiet season (august). Absolutely loved our experience and cant recommend these excursions enough!!!! The 2x English speaking tour guides were both very experienced, loved their job, very knowledgable, good communicators. Well done Sum Chiy. They pack so many interesting things in to each day trip and it is very well thought out / organised, you are picked up and dropped off at your resort, great meals and nice cold waters provided. Come ready for a big wild adventure, make friends with the people in your van and you will enjoy the day even more. Recommend to go in quiet season like we did, some day options are not available but its better that its not been crowded or too busy. We recommend this to anybody feeling adventurous!
