Heroes Health Club

It was my first visit andvi thought it was great.......very nervous and unsure...but I soon relaxed.
I'll be braver next time!

Visited yesterday and Mark was on. Really welcoming and friendly was our first visit and we really enjoyed it. Clean and nice vibe!

Will no doubt be back regularly!

I went to heroes, last night, what a great and clean place, to unwind, the guy behind the bar jay was great so welcoming and friendly, the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were great, the jacuzzi was lovely and warm, I chatted to about 3 or 4 males while I was there, it was great, I will go again in a few weeks much cleaner than the greenhouse, just before I left last night jay was starting to clean up, you never see that at the greenhouse, well done heroes, thank you also to Paul, and John who I spoke to in the sauna and steam room, I know Paul came all the way from Coventry, and John travelled from Halesowen, hope you all all got home safely, hope to see you the next time I go to heroes, there will be a next time, thanks again heroes, Peter, 10 out of 10.

The place was nice enough but the owners should be aware of the attitude of the tattooed guy behind the counter who was rude. It wasn’t just me - his demeanour was the same with other men who, like me were paying his wages. I travel a lot (drove up from Northampton) and regularly visit saunas. The ‘can’t be bothered’ greeting I got at Heroes when I walked through the door put a damper on the whole experience. I went on a Thursday. Don’t know if the same person runs the place every day but I’ll visit another day next time in the hope someone else will be there to greet me with a smile and ‘nice to see you’ attitude. That costs nothing and makes one helluva difference. 5 stars for the facilities, 0 stars for the staff.

Been in for my first time . I can't describe so amazing place and lovely time I had . Very friendly stuff,very clean and tidy with many places to enjoy. Well done. I can't wait for the next time. Thx !

So worth a visit, guys! What are you waiting for? Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Facilities are ace, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. And you'll meet some wonderful men, who you will want to get to know. So lucky to have Heroes nearby! See you there!

Mark was a great welcome to HEROES clean, fun and great facilities. The hot tub, steam and dry heat were all perfect. Wish we knew it had parking out front on cctv for patrons, but we know for next time as we really enjoyed our visit here on Bank holiday for the jubilee and will be returning customers.
