As I have no complaints about the agency itself, I do feel very disappointed with my last homemaker. After two years of being with us and being considered as part of my family, all of sudden she notified the agency that she no longer wanted to continue working with my daughter. My issue is that she didn't have the courtesy of telling me personally. While my daughter was in the hospital very sick. She claimed she was losing income everytime my daughter went into the hospital but everytime she weeks off for personal reasons that was ok. That was very unprofessional and uncaring of the patients feelings of her to walk away like she did. I hope the next homemaker has more respect for her patient. As it really caused my daughter emotional distress at losing her homemaker that we thought cared for her. Very disappointed.

This is a horrible agency. I wish I had the option to give them 5- stars. Unprofessional, not reliable and disrespectful staff. I made sure I had my mother switched ASAP.

My dad currently needs home services asap due to a scheduling problem with his previous agency. NJ Home Healthcare reached out immediately and scheduled an intake appointment for the very next day. Wanda V. was a delight to speak to and efficiently completed my dad’s paperwork. She was very patient with both my father and me. There was also another staff member (I don’t remember her name) with her during the intake that was also very pleasant and professional. I’m confident they will find my father the right home health aide.

I’ll never see such this agency. I was dealing with one who was very rude and spoke in a disgusting manner, SO NASTY . When I complained about her, who answered the phone, she took the matter with sarcasm and mockery

Staff is very unprofessional over the phone, aids are never tested before sending them to provide services to your family members.
