Worst website. Cannot fill an information

I rec'd a call from Delivery Panjim office 4 days back , informing me that there is parcel in my name .. with no proper address mentioned on it .. so I gave them my address and I rec'd the parcel for which I was asked to make COD payment of 778/- ...since the delivery person was known and I had ordered a few parcels which were awaited so thinking it the same I made the payment blindly , later realising the parcel was of some other person ... After calling up delhivery person and informing him the same he asked to wait for return call but there is no update still...

I have ever seen Parcel is in Goa hub since last 5 days and not delivered yet Worst service

Cajetan Almieda delhivery , man who supposed to pick up my parcel is arrogant , ill mannered, unprofessional, and rude person on and off job. Very bad service one of my most disappointing and worst experience ever. He is total disgrace to delhi very. Shame

My parcel is in in Goa_Cortalim_D (Goa) since 21st April 2023.. still not delivered. No contact details are available. worst service.

Package arrived at hub on 17th of feb 2023,
Still not delivered its 20th of feb 2023. Pathetic service,
