Their offices open and shut within months. Feels like a scam. Pathetic service and no one in this company knows anything about how to run a business.

Horrible service..non existent customer care and always delaying or losing packages. Also lying about delivery not possible due to entry not allowed or nobody at home. I think they open and check parcels and if valuable then take for themselves and lie about it later. This company should be shut down immediately.

I have two packages stuck at their place and they say address is incomplete even after sharing the current location through WhatsApp. The delivery boy said he called me but I didnot get any call and when he texted me about location I have provided exact location but still there is no response from the delivery boy. Same address I receive orders from other courier and Amazon Called customer care multiple times but there is no response. If you can't deliver the item on time and don't respond why the hell do you take money from the customer and promise the delivery. I see this kind of unprofessional behaviour many times. Untill we file the case against them they won't change and do these things.

Worst courier company ever. Has been harrasing me from past 4 months. It gets difficult when I get to know that these people are fulfilling my order. They start troubling me every time. My flat is on the 4th floor and don't have a lift in my building and these guys harrass asking me to come down and pick the parcel. It's difficult for me to go down every time, I'm a mother of a small baby, can't go down to pick the parcel. Also other delivery partner whether it is Amazon, Flipkart, swiggy ....all of them come up to deliver also I make sure to compensate their hardwork with a tip but these guys seem to have boycotted me

I raised the request from nyka. They placed the request to deliver the product on high importance. Then xpressbees sent a message that out for delivery. I thought it will come. But they told the same reason customer is not reachable and address is not correct. I ordered the same kind of products from flip kart they delivered it within one day. Again I raised the request this xpressbees said same reason. Problem with nyka is there is no cancel option. But these guys are not delivering the product. I don't know how many days I have to wait for the product.

Very very worst courier service in the world. From last 20 days i am trying to get my order but no use. If complain in customer care they are also same no response. daily 20 times I am called to customer care but no use. They are giving wrong commitment. 1 rating is very high for them if nagative rating is there for xpress bees service it is suitable for them. Very worst atitude team. Meeshow unnecessary spoiling their career. My better advice they look for better courier service like Amazon.

They constantly update wrong reasons for non delivery. My aadhar card, house sale deed and all other documents have the correct pincode but as per them my pincode is wrong. I don’t understand how it can be wrong when all my govt documents have same pincode and all other couriers are delivered at same address.

horrifying experience with @porter and @xspressbees . they never made an attempt to deliver my packages but kept updating on the app that receiver was not available. the delivery have been delayed by over 10 days and there is still no resolution. the customer service is the worst. you can barely talk to a human and even when that happens they are clueless and have no valuable information

This courier company falls far short of deserving a single star. The repetitive presence of the same delivery person, who consistently calls from the main entrance, should ensure that the shipments are delivered to the designated address and specific apartment. This blatant disregard for proper service is not only disrespectful but also reflects a complete lack of shame on his part.

Amazing customer service, ordered from Amazon India for which they provided consolidation and had done perfect packaging. All items arrived in perfect condition. Parcel was done from Bharuch India to Lusaka Zambia and arrived straight at my residence in just 7 days. All contact was done through WhatsApp. Definitely go for it!
Never delivers your product or even call you. They doesn't even have a name board in front of office. One or two people will be sitting on floor. Don't know how they are paid. I think they have some other business in the name of courier service.

Worst courier service, they are providing false estimated delivery dates, don't ever rely on them. Everyone complaining about the same issue, but you can see they don't read/bother to address the issue.

Worst delivery service. The delivery guy went to the wrong location, even after the address is very clear and called asking me to come to that location to pickup. When I said that it is too far I cannot come, you are at fault and it is your responsibility to deliver it at the actual shipment location, he said he will do that tomorrow. Now when I am calling him, he is saying he marked that for return and will not deliver it. Called customer support to complain, they said they would resolve in 24 hours, but there is no update from them either.

Don't call in this given number. Hacker will call you and try to hack your phone by sending .apk file and also they send you link, by which you will give them your UPI pin and another bank details. Don't trust them.

Really very bad service, there was one parcel. Which was delivered to Ankleshwar instead of bharuh with out calling me. I followed up for 2 weeks and getting only one answer we will check and get back to you. For 2 weeks they said same thing only. I called Ankleshwar dtdc. No body picked up the call. Finally I posted my concerns in facebook. After that some 2 days i got my parcel. It was really a bad experience with this dtdc fellows.
This is such a worst delivery service that would not give response or deliver the products at the mentioned and wrongly confirm that the customer was not responding or not available without even calling the customers...I am fully disappointed with this service.

One of worst courier i have ever seen. Even after reaching the final delivery station they will not deliver the product untill we follow up. It happened with me 3 times and now 4th time. At once it happened with the medicines order also

I 1st paid the delivery boy through phonepay. Money got deducted but didn't received by him. Later I again paid him through cash. When he received the amount in phone pay he didn't returned it to me. I called him and waited for 1 week now. He is Not responding to my calls now. Didn't expected this. And their office also don't call back me. Worst service.
My experience was good, post send with flight is too costly but secured, charges are high usually normal post. If your parcel is not expensive then use ordinary or other courier service, if u need security then go for it. Cheaper against first flight.

Did not like the way the denied delivery to my place stating that our premise was closed. At least the person in charge responded to my phone calls and guided me to get there to collect my parcels myself. I am glad I was able to have my child's supplies on time.
