Lower Bluff walk was super pretty with all of the lights, both holiday and everyday. Making it super fun for a leisurely stroll after dinner, or just in general on a nice evening.
Great view of the james river, night life and family time.
The lower bluff walk in Lynchburg is really nice. Lynchburg is doing some great things to revitalize the city and it shows on this walk. There are a number of excellent restaurants on this walk so be prepared to be tempted by the aroma!
This place, Mainstreet, and Monument terrence, are the only places in downtown Lynchburg that are nice to walk. The lower bluff walk is a long sidewalk for pedestrians with some nice views of nature, nice skyline views of some random buildings, and random restaurants along the way. It is a good place to walk to see downtown Lynchburg. Some parts of it is ugly and boring, but that is impossible to avoid since Lynchburg is such a terrible city for the most part. There a few other minor problems with it, but for the most part it is good. 4/5 stars
The Bluff Walk was Beautiful,what I could walk . Steps on both ends. I have a handicap,cannot do steps.
Would really Love it if it had ramps beside stairs,or some way for people with a handicap could enjoy it!!

The beautiful Lynchburg Bluff Walk is a great place to stroll, eat, and enjoy nice views of the James River!
The Lower Bluff Walk in downtown Lynchburg is a great new community space. Originally built in 2015, this pedestrian-oriented zone has brought new activity and vibrancy into a long neglected part of downtown Lynchburg. Hundreds of lofts and several businesses and restaurants are now focused on the Bluff Walk and there is always lots of pedestrian activity as you stroll along the beautiful brick walkway. The views of the riverfront area and mountains in the background are striking. Lovely new place that really showcases downtown Lynchburg's exciting revitalization efforts.
