Extremely disappointed with the unfair treatment and lack of customer service at GreenParking's Business Bay facility. Accidentally dropped a plastic coin (used for payment), immediately notified staff, yet was charged AED 200 for a lost coin. Explanation was dismissive and management's contact went unanswered. Unacceptable customer service experience.
