Me and my girlfriend usually come here with her parents every year and its usually a great time, but tonight was just terrible.
We booked a table for 21:30 the Young man who seated us was very nice to us and happy he is the one that usually takes our orders when we chose to eat here.
The girl who took our order on the otherhand was very stressed and told us we had 2 minutes to decide on what to eat because they were closing the kitchen very soon (We had been seated for 5-10 minutes and just started drinking our wine and soft drinks) We thought this was very strange and everyone had to stress and order quickly.
We Continued to order the food and asked to get enough panigacci for 6 people (as We always do when We order apetizers We Ask if they can bring enough for the table and it has never been a problem before when We We are 4 people they bring 2 trays of meat+cheese and 2 baskets of panigacci) when they start bringing out the apetizers We get 6 big trays of meat and cheese and 3 baskets of panicacci and then 2 big baskets of other sorts of bread
when they brought the 6 big trays of meat We told them that there mustve been a misscommunication there is no way We can eat that much per person and We asked if We could return the food that was untouched and not ordered. They basically Said no you ordered this so you have to take it.
Somehow there was no flexibillity to do anything about this issue and we had to pay for the food that we didnt order and did not want in doggybags to our appartament.
All of the people who ate there including me and my girlfriend work in the food & service industry and found this behaviour very unfortunate since the food was alright and the atmosphere is good.
Money was not the issue but the unwillingness of trying to solve this problem of getting too much food brought to our table was annoying enough for me to not want to come back.

Best for sea food 🍴

This was the worst culinaire experience in Italy I have had so far. It started fine with a decent aperol spritz. But when the antipasta arrived everything went South. We ordered one bruchetta of the chef tot share between the four of us, which was a mix of different bruchetta. What we got was 4 basic bruchetta with ansjovis. Then as the main dishes we ordered two trofiette al gamberoni, a type of pasta with pesto, scampi's, etc. and then two types of filleto di manzo, one with a green pepper sauce and one with a red wine sauce of a nice local Italian red wine. Instead we got two pasta pesto with one scampi each, a filleto di manzo with raw vegetables and the other one with a curdled red wine sauce. Basicly nothing was as it should have been and to top things of it was quite expensive as well. Not recommended at all.

Visited this place 3 times during our vacation to Sarzana. Frédérico served us very well! Nice place good staff and tasty food.

Don’t go here if you are not Italian and could use some help with the order. We got ripped of on the kilo price. Otherwise food was ok.

Don't have the fried fish, full of bones. Had to spit it out. Also asked for a ashtray and the waiter brought a commercial large ash tray you get outside restaurants that was up to my waist. He brought it to the table. Won't be back thanks
