I have called numerous times over the past few days and there is no answer, then I tried stopping by during posted business hours and there is no one there. Your location is super convenient for me, but the lack of customer service and inconsistent hours is difficult to get past. Management you need to address this situation!!!

Just drove all the way down here and they are closed for 30 minutes. What kind of business model is it that you just randomly close up at different times of the day? If you’re reading this and can recommend a good dependable cleaner please let me know. These guys just lost my business. Ridiculous.

I am missing four items from my recent pickup on November 5th. I’ve tried to call and text this location, but I haven’t had a response as of yet. The phone number goes directly to a voice message. Additionally, one of my shirts still has a good amount of stains on it.

I tried calling several times the morning of 10/19 and nobody answered. I wanted to know what the turn around times were for laundry. I ended up taking the bus down hoping for the best, only to be told if I dropped off on Thursday, I would not be able to pick it up until Monday. Disappointing and ended up walking 20 minutes to another place to get my laundry done.

Yes, my shirt was late, BUT the female worker there today 10/19/2023 AM was PROFESSIONAL and gracious and I came home to write her a review! THANK YOU!

When I dropped off my sweater I asked if I could have it delivered and was assured that it would be. When it didn’t show up on the day promised, I went to the store and was told it could only be delivered if it was picked up at my location. I’m disabled, so that’s challenging. When my cleaning didn’t show up, I tried calling 5 times over several days, using the number listed. The phone was never answered and never went to Voicemail. I’m changing cleaners.

UPDATE: Have had no issue with early morning drop offs. Thank you.

**Changed review to 3 stars as this is my 2nd time here to pick up clothes and for them not be to be open at 7:34am. I understand it’s early but people need to get their clothes before work. Also, please add an only drop off option on the app to have gave things delivered without needing to be picked up.**

What a horribly unreliable business. Have been trying to get into the store for two days. Calls have gone unanswered since Saturday morning (7 times throughout 2 days). Showed up at 2:30 on a Saturday and sign said out till 3:15 even though they close at 5. Went this morning (Sunday)...website shows hours starting at 10:00....door shows 11:00 and no one is there with the door locked at 11:15. Waited 15 more minutes with 2 other patrons for the store to open and it didn't so I left. Really poor experience.
