Eddie and his team were lifesavers!! I had a rush print job that needed to be done, and they got it done when others wouldn’t. It was printer beautifully, quickly, and Eddie went way out of his way to help me out of a jam. I highly recommend their friendly, customer- focused service!! Great store with awesome employees and a fantastic manager in Eddie. :)
Jorge is the best!!! I came in here on a Saturday afternoon during GA Tech graduation and it was super busy. He was running the front and back all by himself and was still able to keep a positive attitude/great customer service. Jorge needs a promotion!!!!!
They steal your package at this store. I am extremely disappointed with this store. I sold a Mac Pro on eBay and I shipped it through UPS in 11/2023. I used this particular store and after I shipped it one of their employees swapped the package with something else. The eBay buyer said that they did not receive a product but they received something not valuable. I called the customer service multiple times and they kept saying that they have the original package in the warehouse but they never returned it. I lost my asset because of this UPS store. I do not recommend using this store because they steal your package upon reception.
George just took my 1 star rating to a 5!!! I usually try to avoid this location because they’re usually not the most customer service focused but George was super welcoming and helpful tonight! As a business owner shipping many packages during this holiday season, the last thing I want to deal with when shipping my customers packages are workers that are not willing to help but George made my visit so pleasant! I appreciate him so much!
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zed and Trey, and I can't express enough how incredible their service was. At the end of a long workday, they not only navigated a complex issue for me but did so with an exceptional blend of professionalism, humor, and kindness.
They went above and beyond to patiently explain all the possible ways to help me send my package to its desired destination. If there's an opportunity for promotions or awards, these two should be at the top of the list.
I observed them while waiting my turn, and it was evident that they treat every individual with the same high level of care and service. Zed and Trey make you proud to be their customer, and I have no doubt that they will achieve great heights in their careers. Kudos to them! 🌟👏

Amazing help, very patient with someone who has never used their services. Friendly and professional and great at finding solutions. 10/10 recommend for all your shipping needs. Zed and Jorge were amazing and should definitely be recognized for it.
Zed, George and Mr. Ken were super nice and kind. This is an amazing store!!! They made sure the process was smooth and easy, Zed went above and beyond to ensure it was successful. It’s also in convenient location. Thank you so much again!!
