Fancied some authentic Korean bbq, we came across this establishment by chance and wow we were amazed. Comparing this to many of our experiences across Asia, Europe and UK, this restaurant is a winner. Meat quality and side dishes were very good, service and recommendation by the waitress were excellent. Highly recommend visiting if you’re ever near by
Had seafood tofu soup, grilled eel and pork. I especially like the seafood soup - so many ingredients in it and went really well with rice. Grilled eel was amazing with the pickled shisho.
Had high hopes for this place as it was recommended by Koreans. However, it wasn’t up to my expectations. Firstly price wise, too expensive especially because the meat does not live up to its price point. We ordered a 7 people portion but it felt like it was for 5 people. They had side dishes but there is also a limit to how many times we can refill. Which is 3 times and 3 types. Very unfortunate as this rule stole some joy during our meal. Staff service wise, unfortunately got the vibe that they are not happy to be working here and serve us reluctantly. If you are working here and saw this, blink twice if you need help.
Very tasty Spicy octopus and they also added large beef intestine for bbq, they are not easy to find in Hong Kong! Their ox tongue is a must order too. Very authentic Korean food
I had set 1 (marinated beef spare ribs, ox tongue, pork belly), eel, and small intestine. Everything was great. I especially like the ox tongue and eel. Service was on point too!
Enjoyed our lunch here a lot. First of all, the hospitality was very good, the waiters were friendly and passionate. They would even help you the grill your meat. The food here came in generous portions and were super delicious. It made us as if we went to a neighbourhood restaurant in Korea.
Very authentic Korean restaurant with both the owner, some staff & customers were Korean. Tried a few times eating a la carte here which were good. It was even a big bargain having set lunch here with no service charge. Ordered the stewed beef ribs in soup which tasted yummy, fresh though not rich. Appetisers were very high standard & one might felt half full finishing all of those. Almost the best Korean restaurant in Hong Kong.
