Terrible service,however they told us within two months we will have gym service and central gas service before renting this place but seventeen months has passed and there’s nothing at all,no gym,no central gas and the fire alarm ruining our days at home 24/7 freaking us out not to mention also how many careless parents are here letting their kids to bother other kids which are non indian nationality like them and kicking our local kids out of the playground and sending them back home!! I do not recommend non indian family to stay in this complex for a peace of mind of their kids as most of the indian kids here are quite aggressive against other nationalities,obviously parents are extremely carless in this living complex.
Other point i have seen through the time is that the water is quite dirty,builds so much mud on the washingmachines,and toilets not to mention that it was a new residential area,so this is something to bear in mind if u care about ur hair,skin,health ,dishwasher and washingmachine.

Its really nice but you need own car
If you're going to come to this society for the gym, see the timings first as the picture below.. the same is also at the entrance of the gym.
The management themselves have kept unisex gym for their own convenience in the Y towers, where they don't pay the rent. But to the paying persons in new al falah, they've divided the timings in the most ridiculous way. Why don't they keep same rules everywhere??..
As a woman I appreciate that they've given more days to women that have favorable timings, but how many are even using it???
Even those who regular before have stopped coming just to accommodate few women who only came to the gym for maybe 8 days in the past two months. They didn't see the concerns of real gym goers.
My husband tried to speak to them, but the whole management at that time went "on leave". This is how they deal with issues.
