I highly recommend going to this clinic. The staff is very well trained and I trust them with all of my dental work. I even have family members that visit this clinic.

When ive arrived here in Egypt, I was anxious to where i could find a good dental clinic in cairo, specifically nearby where im residing. It took me more than two years to find a well reviewed clinic, that is, Sheraton dental clinics. I was reluctant at first as i don't know any doctors nor staff from there, adding that im a foreigner here. i just prayed that the clinic is good (thanks to the experience i had from my previous orthodontist that i developed trust issues). Lo and behold, they were not good, but excellent! I wasn’t this satisfied before. The facility, the ambiance, the service rate, the doctors and staff are so professionals.. what can i ask for? Most importantly, the time they took just to help me in my situation is just applaudable!
A big thanks to Dr Ashraf who has been accommodating to my concerns, he just freed me from six years of bracket “imprisonment” with a very favorable result.. one of d best! To Dr Bassem for the patience and effort, and creating a superb team of professionals; to the staff.. carry on as you are!

I received several treatments in the Sheraton Dental Clinic(SDC) in the past few years; the staff is reliable. The SDC is clean and well organized. It provides excellent services and meets the international standards in sanitation.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The dentist was very friendly and informative about the procedure. My husband and I are pleased with the service we received.

Dr Bassem's clinic was recommended to me by a friend for a major dental work that i needed that took 2 years to complete. The full mouth rehabilitation completed very professionally and in very high standards giving the time constraints that he had to work with due to my travel.
