Had to phone 111, Saw a GP swiftly.
Was supposed to collect meds from this place , the pharmacist queried the dosage from the fully qualified GP.
Made no sense at all.
I've gone two days without meds as they didn't have any the following day.
Had to phone 111 again.
Stay away from this place, disgraceful.

Very poor pharmacy, service very slow never dispense medication when prescription is received even when sent prescription 3 days prior to collection I still had to wait around 30 minutes with about 6 people waiting, I have never attended in the past 4 months or so and not been witness to a customer being aggravated by such poor service and being vocal regarding this however you honestly can’t blame them! This used to be a very good pharmacy so not sure what has happened in the last 6 months or so. Also if they are not going to answer the phone just discard the contact number was on hold for over 30 minutes so ended up driving there on the off chance my prescription had been completed on arrival 2 people waiting I waited 20 minutes for a repeat prescription wondering why the phone wasn’t answered but presumably it is unplugged as no phone rang the full time I was there which I find hard to believe no one called! Anyway get back home with my prescription to find the 2 main items not present with no items owing slip present. Another phone call made to find out where my missing items are and after 35 minutes on hold, guess what yeah NO ANSWER!!!!! Very poor

It really sickens me that the poor staff in this chemist have to put up with the inept owners of the Pharmacy if they weren’t capable of running it properly why buy it in the first place. Money that’s why.
Please remember it’s not the staff in sore to blame, it’s the owners who won’t get extra staff in to cover such a large area.

I wouldn't even give this chemist a half star rating i have had to put 1 star just so i could post this review. The service is shocking the staff don't care have a bad attitude had to wait 1hr 10 mins on Saturday 9th Dec for a script that was sent on the 1st Dec and then ended up with owing slip to go back on 12th Dec for owing to have to wait 45 mins for 4 items for them to give me it and when I get home still meds missing that were needed and now have to go back and what have to sit there for even longer my advaice would stay well away from this chemist since been taking over it is the worst chemist around this area

I tried to call from 1150 I was 7th in the queue by 130 pm I was 3 rd the it went to music only I decided to ring later. 5pm I rang 5th now at 630 pm it said 4th then just music . I needed my medication urgently so I got a taxi at 7 15 pm (£7) only to find it shut. I rang again to see if anyone’s in but said I was 5th in line WHY NOT LEAVING ANSWERPHONE MESSAGE SAYING THEY WERE CLOSED. I had to reorder a taxi another (£7) and wait in the pouring rain . What a fiasco I will get my prescription from Tesco from now on.

After 4 attempts at trying to get in touch to ask about my prescription..I was gradually going down the list of waiting for advisor...each attempt last 50 minutes..from 1 pm until 20:30 pm..still no answer...after been next in line for 20 minutes.. disgraceful service

Omg!!! First and last time here, over 50 minutes to wait for a prescription, then they don't have it all!! Making prescriptions up as they are collected defeats the purpose of getting them sent to the pharmacy, lovely lasses just the way the operate isn't effective
