What a gem of a place. Great place to take the kids, a picnic, or grab something from the gorgeous cottage tea room round the corner. Some great walks for all abilities from here too
Great place for a day out for the family to have a picnic and a walk! - has lovely walks around with a park and a lake to feed the ducks.
Lovely little playground with lots of nice walks going from it. Pretty duck pond right next to it.
Really wonderfull place for a walk or bringing the kids.Will possibly need boots if the weather is wet.
Another local gem. 27 miles from where I live, and I've never been until today. Something beautiful with pointing on a compass and heading out. Bring wellies, or good boots, it gets medieval muddy there. Natural spring, river that feeds drinking water to the locals and beyond. Go, get fit, get out, get prepared.
Nice walk, lots of wildlife and nature. Can be as hard or as easy as you want to make it
Beautiful place... lovely walk 🚶♂️, there's a stream and a waterfall too, you can climb up paths and explore (if your the exploring type) a small lake with ducks, and a decent park too which kids will enjoy...
Do give it a good 3 hrs at least to make the most of it...
