Over the course of many visits to this mall, unfortunately, I have a negative comment about my experience. There isn't sufficient attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I always find the floor wet, and the toilet is wet and dirty due to the lack of cleaning by the staff after people use the facilities. As it's commonly understood, bathrooms are meant for comfort, but personally, I never feel comfortable using the bathrooms here. Please consider addressing this issue. Thank you.
Community place for daily shopping and services.. always parking not managed properly.. in-out to this place crazy.. poor facility management... can be better

Nice and cozy mall. Big supermarket and number of good restaurants and coffee shops available.
The mall is friendly and has almost all what we need as family. However finding a parking during the rush hours is like a miracle . All the best Makani mall !

We went there on an evening during Ramadan, and only visited a homeware store and SPAR.
Parking was busy but we didn't have trouble finding a space. The car washing guy was friendly and did a great job for 21dhs.
The mall was generally clean and pleasant. I didn't visit the washroom.
The homeware store was worth a look because it had a good range of products but we were not enticed to buy anything. We didn't interact with staff.
The staff in SPAR were generally helpful and friendly. However there was a lot of shelf stacking going on which made it difficult to walk through at times. The main point is that the prices in this SPAR are 10% higher than anywhere else I've visited in Abu Dhabi and there are very few specials. It is a big store with an extensive range of products.
We bought some fresh fish and the guy was friendly and helpful. The fish was good quality.
There is a Lulu hypermarket opening soon in the area so this will hopefully moderate the prices of products generally.
