We visited the aquatic center. It’s typically only used for lap swimming, but the life guards opened up the lanes a little wider for my boys so they could play around a little more and a few more kids joined in their lane. The prices are great only 12 dollars for all 5 of us to swim.

Always has greenery even in the winter months. 1 lap around the whole park is a mile. There is a library, tennis courts, a playground and an indoor swimming pool near by. Lots of open spaces and huge beautiful trees. The neighborhood is beautiful and the kids love seeing the train pass by. ❤️

Very moving, I want to know more about a forgotten piece of history. Ever wonder why the CDC is in so far away from Washington, down in Atlanta? This is why.

We visited yesterday evening. Would love to go back and explore more. Pup had a blast playing frisbee. Great view of the star on the scenic drive.

I absolutely love this park. I take my little one (kitten) here to run around and exercise here. And same for me 😹 Not the most prettiest of parks but it's still great to be around. Especially if you like the mountainous views that surrounds the place

It is wonderful to walk through the Roses and to know that other parts of the country still have snow. The grounds are well maintained and the volunteers working are always there ready to answer questions and give you advice on growing roses.

Today my family rented the Memorial Park private area for a Labor Day weekend family celebration. While we had been renting the Grandville Park city shelter for over 20 years, we decided to try an outdoor venue. Although it started to rain in the early afternoon, it turned out to be a beautiful day! Our family really enjoyed the facility-- with a oversized gazebo structure for seating and private restrooms as well. While the rest of the park is plagued with tons of weeds, this private area is pretty weed-free. I don't know if we will come back on a yearly basis, but this experience will certainly favor the possibility! :-)
