I'm not accustomed to such attention from a doctor. The provider was great with my daughter, thorough in his examination, and careful in his recommendations.

Excellent and professional service. Our grandchildren born in Canada were Dr Radlovic's patients in summer of 2023. Such level of knowledge, experience, medical advices and patience cannot be found anywhere in Canada.

I realy wanted to rate it with two points, but I understood that it would be not fair. Because I am not satisfied with the work of only one doctor. Jelena Divčić was late for the appoitment, then she adviced me to give kid who had no temperature and good blood test antibiotics. I checked the recomendations with other doctor and he said that the kid is fine and can go to the kindergarden. This is totally unprofessional. I will not come to her again.
As for the clinic, it is nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

People should be warned that this is a classic greedy money taking medical institution that is overpriced compared to others. They have very aggressive marketing all over the city and Serbia. Very annoying. One doctor did not respond to my email when asked after the test, simply not interested. But the prices are astronomical and completely greedy and unnecessary compared to other. Laboratory tests are double price or more of normal that you can find in town. Emergency employees are kind. Overall, I was unpleasantly surprised.

Non-existent service. All the comments about being kept waiting are true. We made an appointment for vaccination, then next day called to confirm and yet, when we arrived, the girls at the reception just told us that the location has been changed and we should go to another clinic of the chain. Cool! With a 2-year old that was amazing. No apologies whatsoever, no discount for the inconvenience caused. Nothing. I recommend reading earlier comments where Ivana Petrovic bothered to trot out all these corporate clichés about appreciating their clients' feedback. No improvements have been made.

Very bad medical examination provided by child surgeon. We came because our child was giving Signs that he swallowed a sticker size of button, he was dwelling and giving a Sign something end up on hiss throat, we rushed straight to hospital at Knjeginje Zorke 7. Doctor came within 5 minutes so that was ok. Dr. Jelena J. examined him by pressing his tummy , asking us did he gave any kind of dwelling signs on our way to hospital. Since he did have it once or twice on our way there she just said that the sticker is maybe still in throat and did not went all the way in stomach. Suggested that he should eat some solid food and for us to examine his stool every time he is having it. If he starts throwing and having blood in stool to visit a doctor. I was a bit confused and keep asking questions to Mrs. but she was looking chill and like there is nothing to worry about. We payed check of lacking 6.6k dinars and left. For 10 minutes of examination.

On our way home, it started again our 10 months old son started coughing and dwelling again. I could not calm myself down. When we entered house I turned on my flash light from phone and told. My wife to check his mouth.

We were in shock that he never actually swallow it was there all along sticked to upper palate, going towards uvula inside of mouth.

If WE did not react and did that he would be probably choking or God knows.

***So my question to you Bel Medic Staff is. Do you really think that the treatment of our baby from one of your "doctors" is professional?***

What kind of doctor does not check the mouth of the child first?!

For being the most expensive medical facility in Belgrade you are not giving 10% of your professional service!

Very bad service. I do not recommend.

Awesome service. Really patient nurses and doctors. All whom I met, speak English really fluently and provided me with all test results and papers in English while other private medical centers in Belgrade refused to do so. I Highly recommend them and in 4 years of being in Serbia, it was my best experience with a medical center. I must add that the prices are really fair. Thank you BEL MEDIC
