While and facilities and tech are good. The team lacks basic professionalism and medical ethics. When someone comes for an urgent injury, they cannot delay issuing his report by 11 days despite multiple calls, follow ups and emails. The responses given were that they are busy.
They lied about results being published online , i missed my doc appointment becaue i have no blood tests
Although their medical equipment is advanced, they should improve the way they answer the patient over the phone! I asked about the price for an exam, I had to wait for too long before another person answered the phone! The first one disappeared.. the second person was very rude. Instead of apologizing, she complained about my attitude.

I booked an MRI and just to let you know, the radiologist giving the MRI (T3) picture is extremly RUDE and IMPOLITE and Unprofessional.
I would never recommend anyone to book anything there, although the machines are good, the people that work there are nothing but a shame for the laboratory.
Please save some time and go to another lab.

Not even one star! My local minimarket has better service than this center, rude to customers, always acting busy or that they cannot hear the phone, they give you wrong prices. I asked about an Ultrasound and they gave me 5 different prices at 5 different hours of the day! So unprofessional, they should close.
One of the worst customer services not only for a medical lab, but in general.
It takes forever to schedule an appointment.
Staff treats you as if you were a stalker.
They give you multiple prices for the same procedure (WITHIN A DAY!!) as if it’s a stock market!

Very bad and unprofessional service.
they have great machines but the staff is horrible. they need to learn how to talk to patient and how to explain stuff without being impolite, insulant and frustrated. I canceled an important MRI after waiting for 4 days and wasted time with the insurance because they have zero communication skills!!
