They seemed a little bit understaffed but everybody I dealt with was professional and they took good care of me. I would suggest checking in online so you don't have to wait as long when you get there.

Been coming to the STAR center since they opened, for my stroke rehabilatation Everyone from front desk, therapists, college students that were learning were helpful and pleasant to work with. I was and still enrolled in several stroke studies that took place here and I'm very grateful to have been a part of all of them.

My uncle has had a few visits to address his parkinsons related balance problems and everyone there is excellent.

Great staff. You will not regret going here. Went here October to December 2020 for my right TKR. Will be returning May 2021 for me left TKR.

Fabulous therapists and great front desk assistance. Booked all my appointments at once with no difficulty many weeks ahead. My therapist is patient, encouraging and explains all exercises well. Would definitely use again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! They are terrible to deal with and I actually never got in for the appointment. I made an appointment and emailed my insurance. No response, no confirmation. I called 3 times. Each time waiting on hold at least 10 minutes and finally hung up. Last call I got thru and they saw my email for the first time when I pointed it out. Then they couldn't tell me when or how I would get confirmation of insurance copay. I just said never mind, cancel this and who I talked to couldn't care less about how frustrating they are to deal with. NEVER AGAIN!!!

While their website says they are open to the public, I called to make an appointment and was refused because I'm not a UDEL employee. Very disappointing. Your website says 'open to the public'. Stop wasting people's time with that.
