Burger King: Double charged, terrible customer service

This was my first time ever visiting Burger King. I ordered through the self-service kiosk and paid with my card. The machine charged me twice for my order and didn't dispense a receipt. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. They told me that it was not their problem and that they couldn't do anything about it.

So, instead of paying €9.19, I was charged €18.38 for my meal. I am very disappointed with Burger King's customer service.

I feel very disgusting today. I ordered and was waiting for my food. I ate and was waiting there ..the secure go guy came and sit next to me. He told me that he is security guy and he was just making me feel by asking weirdo questions. I think the burger king company should consider who they employ to take care around.

Instead I ask the security guy if there is any issue but he said that no problem. I really felt myself I'm danger and was quiet embarrassed..

He even sit there and just making me feel image asking weirdo questions. I was just using phone and sitting..
I even told that I Just ordered and he was quite embarrassing

Eszter is Terrible cashier. I repeated my order 4 times, but in result she forgot to add what I asked many times. Initially she didn't want to accept the order.

Today at 6 Oct 8:30am, I bump into this shop, take a photo of the menu and send it to my friends, helping them to order. There is a staff, a lady with short hairat the cashier, scolded at me, saying no photo. I am not sure if it is a norm that no photo can be taken at a shop in budapest, or she just do it to tourist. As a tourist, I feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed, she seem unfriendly and not welcoming. Will never get into any burger king in this country again.

Has what you would expect from a good Burger King branch. Fast and friendly service, self ordering places, and lots of good burgers. Its almost always crowded due to its location next to the Keleti station but i never had a problem finding a place to sit. Only complaint is that the drinks feel wayy too watery even for a Burger King/ other fast food place.
