Today we visited the clinic for my Daughter’s needles, and we had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Natalie. I really need to say how fantastic she was with my daughter, she engaged with her so amazingly to make her feel comfortable, she was so nice, funny, down to earth and let me tell you this is my.first time ever seeing a nurse being a patient with queen square since the 80’s .
Queen Square Did a great job bringing her on board and definitely needs more staff with a great
Personality that shows love of their job.

Parents if your reading this please book your next child’s needles with nurse Natalie, I promise that you will be happy with the experience and your child will leave smiling not freaking out.

The rude receptionist is no longer there..I guess she got fired. So presumptuous, so rude. She made me angrier instead of consoling me. I love my doctor, Dr Merker, but I am not happy with the wait time to get an appointment. There is an option however, were you can call at 8 am to see if there is room to see you. I am just lazy and cannot wake up so early, so I am to blame.

I have been going to this office for over 22 years. My Dr. is now having to retire because of long covid. Unfortunately two other drs are also leaving and my family is left without a GP. We are devestated. We LOVE this practise. I have recommended over 20 other families to this practise, including my parents and many new immigrant families. Not one of them has ever had a poor experience. Perhaps if those leaving such negative reviews could go elsewhere my family would be able to stay with the practise we love. Incredibly caring, very professional, supportive and welcoming.
I will forever be wary of google reviews after reading these.

Queen Square Doctors has been my doctors office since I was a kid and the past year I’ve been going weekly for my allergy shots - I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff and nursing station are consistently kind and accommodating, making each visit feel like a breeze. Whether it's scheduling appointments or addressing concerns, they always go above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and at home. I truly appreciate their professionalism and warmth, making my weekly visits a positive experience. I highly recommend Queen Square for anyone seeking exceptional healthcare with a personal touch.

My doctor is so thorough and thoughtful. I feel very heard and cared for when seeing her. The office very efficient and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Dr Tulika Singh is an amazing family doctor. She is so thorough and thoughtful. Rarely had to wait long to see her. I moved over 1 hour distance and continued to see her until the drive no longer made sense. Wish I could have taken her with me!

The office itself has gotten better organized and wait times are very short. My only pet peeve with the rude front office staff. Most don’t even bother to look up from desk. Or don’t give proper instructions/ info when they call on behalf of doctor. Hopefully they learn to cheer up and focus!

I really like my family doctor, Dr. Brual. She is five stars! My biggest problem is they over charge for doctors notes. A single page form from my work which consists of 10 to 15 words and takes under one minute to fill out cost 65 dollars. So to save money, I see my doctor, who is awesome and I totally trust, then I wait till the next day and I go to a walk-in and pay around 20. It’s a waste of tax dollars. Also The staff, other than the doctors are very rude!!! If I didn’t like my doctor so much, I would search for a new family doctor over it!
