Nous avons reçu hier 11 Septembre un accueil très agréable et très chaleureux de la personne qui s'occupait de la boutique. Nous n'avons pas acheté de paires de chaussures mais cette personne s'est montrée très patiente et très souriante. Nous la remercions très chaleureusement.

Bought here ballerina shoes and after one wear, they got damaged at the top. Hoping of solution, I brought them back but they didn’t offer me anything, reclamation was not possible because of significant “use”. I pushed them to at least repair them a bit at the top, but after one wear, it was same story.
Since then I never bought here anything and recommend everyone around me to not go there. Very sad, since the shoes are insanely beautiful and have certain chic, but even that is not going to save such miserable service. And no, shoes which cost 250€ shoud really not got damaged after one wear.

I bought these boots 3 years ago and they worth every euro I paid for them. They have never been a daily shoe but they have stepped on concerts and select parties. In my case, the design caught me and the quality of the leather and the assembly with the sole far exceeds most footwear.
