Had the A Wreck® with Swiss AND Blue cheese... It changed my life!! This sandwich was made with true LOVE!! I don't know what exactly it is that they are doing on Belt Line, but damn it sure is good! If you want "lunch," go somewhere else, but if you want to experience true sandwich perfection, you've found the spot!! (☆☆☆☆☆, HERE ARE YOUR EXTRA STARS FOR A TRUE 10 STAR REVIEW!) You know you certainly can have dessert at lunch. Just a little bit of sugar is helpful getting you through that afternoon slump, plus it just puts me in the right mindset to finish my day. My lunch today had an amazing dessert! If you haven't already tried the Cinnamon Roll cookie, you're seriously depriving yourself of one of the greatest lunch dessert experiences for under $3. It's everything you love about a cinnamon roll and everything you love about a cookie all in one! The crunch of the cookie and the cinnamon filling and icing from the cinnamon roll, I swear, is utter perfection! Thanks once again, guys over at Belt Line for constantly putting out quality, affordable, amazing food time and time again.

There are some potbelly’s that are great, and then some that are mediocre, and some are straight out right horrible. This location is in the middle. I’m not sure when all the locations started becoming so stingy with their meat, but it sucks and if you try to order extra meat your sandwiches near over $20, which is crazy for lunch. First time trying this location, and will definitely be the last. The location is 75 and Cambell is so much better. My sandwich actually gets three pickles when I asked for pickles, and has peppers mix throughout, and the meat actually feels appropriate for the price.

Was disappointed had to wait almost 40 minutes. I understood store was busy but no communication between your team members on the status of the order.

Please let your customers if you need over 30 minutes to make two sandwiches.

On 02/23/24 I visited your Addison location and ordered a sandwich, only to later discover that it contained an ingredient to which I am severely allergic. This led to a serious allergic reaction that required immediate medical attention.

Upon informing the manager, Geoffrey Rodriguez, of the situation and requesting a refund for the sandwich, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a lack of empathy. Mr. Rodriguez's handling of the situation was disappointing, as he seemed dismissive of my concerns and failed to address the issue in a timely and appropriate manner.

Had a order picked up for me because I'm at work. Didn't get my drink so I was confused and called and was told if you do pick up you have to do it yourself. Understandable but they put the empty cup in the bag and taped it shut. So of course they didn't think I'd gotten a drink. I didn't like the tone of the person I spoke with when I called and asked about it. This is the second time I've had an issue with an order the first time a guy called, maybe the manager, and apologized for the mix up. However, the woman I spoke with today talked to me like I was stupid because I said I had someone pick it up. "We don't do fountain drinks for delivery so..." I never said I ordered delivery. I can't stress enough how much sense it doesn't make to tape the bag closed with the cup in it. You shouldn't assume I'd be the one picking it up. The same person got my food before and said the drink was sitting there. Maybe an employee was feeling nice last time and that's not normal but taping the drink in the bag and not sitting it next to it still doesn't make sense. She dismissively told me I'd get a refund, said bye, and hung up. I wasn't seeking a full refund , just the cost of a drink but bye to you too! I just will not order from this location again.

We ordered online and said NO arugula and to have spinach and lettuce
But they gave me ALL arugula
Not happy to realize this once we got home with the food
Otherwise the salad was fine
