What happened with this guy: they left the building site before completing the work. Result a loss of usd 50.000. Be carefull with this, so called, professional company.

About the project of the German School in Panama, there are a lot of complaints related bad functioning of electrical fixtures, lights and that they haven't sent the electrical breakers for the air conditioners which were in the contract. The responses from Tempo Housing are really poor as they are willing to assume just a very small part of the damages and complaints, which do not represent even less that 1/8 of the repairing costs. We as customers are really disappointed, as we thought hiring a european firma like this will be better in terms of guarantee than any chinese firma.
