Pleasant and well-maintained. Personally I'm not a big fan of modern art and decorations. I would prefer more trees and simple amenities like benches and picnic tables. Overall, decent for a small downtown nature park.
Had a quick walk across as the only people in the park were homeless (occupying the benches) and suspicious looking guys.. not coming back. Not a great look on the city to have so many people sleeping in cold at a park and no sense of safety.

Was going to also say that without the water features being on it was not the same place. But it is good for dogs - I just was hoping that it would be a nice place to take my friends when they got into town.

This is a nice park but the water features have been turned off for years. Nearly the entire park is made of water features, so when they aren't running, it defeats the purpose of even having them. Maybe they can give this park a complete makeover into something more useful.
