Quiet place, fast internet, study rooms available for booking.

I loved how practical and visually appealing this library was! The modern-day furniture was a perfect spot to sit down and get some work done. I loved the spacious feel of this library and the calm and peaceful vibe of the place. There was also a large selection of books to choose from and I was able to find everything I needed. The staff was also very friendly towards me and assisted me as it was my first time here. This library is one of my new favorite places to visit when I need a quiet place to work!

A lovely cubby in the middle of DC. Their staff are friendly and informative. Additionally, they provide COVID tests to those who need it. Overall a nice break to the hectic life one may have in DC.

Wonderful access. Excellent computer. Patrons can print as many as 25 pages a day. And even scan and email from the printer, if needed.

I came in to collect a rapid Covid test and the service counter said they couldn't help me because I had a service dog. My service dog helps me fetch my anxiety medication, as well as helps me with panic attacks and anxiety attacks. She is certified and the service counter said she does not qualify and therefore they cannot help me. How the hell do I have a certified service dog and they said they can't help me because she doesn't qualify? They are rude and unaccommodating to those who have mental disabilities. They completely overlooked my mental disability and disregarded it. The staff here are ABLEIST and do not regard mental illness as a qualifying disability.

The noise (music, talking, clatter) from adjoining coffee shop has been growing increasingly loud since library opened 3+ years ago. Temp sound barriers by cafe would help. Library seems to function primarily, or best, as daytime place for homeless (no solid book collection for browsing)

Great place to study or get some work done. There are huge windows and lots of natural lighting so you don't feel like you're in a dungeon all day. I like the large mac monitors so you can spread your work across the big screen. Be aware that the computer will restart after an hour so make sure you save your work. Overall, a lovely public library!
