Everyone is helpful and good people.real nice place and peaceful ✌️.

Small library. Seems to have a good selection for its size. The dropbox out the side is only for books from that branch, though.

Very small library, active front desk making loud noise, and hard to focus for reading. No quite reading space available, very limited ,short time parking space .overall didn't like the library based on what it offered me as I need quite place to read. For people who don't care about noise ,it is nice place.

This library is WAY too loud to get any studying, reading, or work done. Unlike every other library I've been to, there is no "quiet" rule at all here, at least during the summer.
There are always events going on in the children's room with kids screaming and crying - kids and their parents always walk in and out of the library because it's right next to the community center.
Once I asked the staff to close the door, and they refused saying "it'll get too hot for them." Many of the staff are really nice, but overall they do nothing about the kids' noise and sometimes actually make noise themselves. And the library doors also make a lot of noise when they open and close.
On the plus side, this library has great wi-fi, is nicely laid out, and has a good collection of books and magazines. It is a really community-oriented library which is nice. But don't come here if you want to get serious work done or want a regular library experience.

It is a beautiful library but so small. It is very convenient for me as it is so close to my home. One thing though, the computer room should be open same as library hours does. There is constant noise but one could understand the issue considering the small size. Still, the staff should be mindful of the sound created inside the library at all times.

This library has TERRIBLE staff. It is really sad to say because I have been there for many years. They don't let children or teenagers stay at all. They will try to find any reason to make sure you don't get to stay there, even if you cause no harm, I have watched them do this to children many times. Now I go out of my way to go to the Silver Spring library because I feel comfortable there. I just need a comfortable place to do my work, or work silently in a group, but according to this library they don't want you to even stay there. It is funny how they try to yell at others for making noise, but the front desk is where they make the most noise. They also never speak to the adults that are in the silent area on the phone, but instead they have no problem kicking out innocent children for NO REASON. It is a shame, hopefully this will change.

A fine place to sit, read, study and work. This small library adjoins the Takoma Park community center, and it would be great if in both places the air conditioner is given a break (surely that would save energy, even a staff member opined that it was cold) and if there is an area with tables and chairs for adults, like there are now areas for teens and seniors.
