I’m so sorry to say the lady on the phone was very rude disrespectful and not helpful at all.
She literally said to me that she doesn’t have the information I need that I would have to buy plane tickets, pay thousands of dollars for plane tickets and then go to the airport before anyone could give me any information about Botswana.
That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. How disappointing not to mention she was the second phone number that I called because the first people did not have any information also absolutely disappointing.!!!

They are so respectful , I wanna say thank them for their service!!😊

I did notice a few right wing newspapers on the table Epoch times and Washington times.

This embassy is horrible, they putting on hold for 45+minutes and still didn’t get answer. All I needed is to renew my passport. I sent thousands of emails , well I didn’t expect a lot , I know my people .

I started dealing with Letlhogonolo Mosimagape few months ago and he is the best the embassy has ever had.His service is really impeccable and we as Batswana are so lucky to have him representing us tirelessly. My interaction with Rre Mosimagape started during the Coronavirus Pandemic and you can imagine the stress we were all having with travel restrictions and lockdowns. This did not stop Mosimanegape , he went above and beyond to assist with all my needs. We did everything through emails, and sending documents back and forth through the post office.I was able to renew my Omang and passport without having to worry about traveling to Washington DC during pandemic. Thank you so much Rre Mosimanegape for your amazing service.You are doing your best to serve Batswana and Botswana in the best possible way during Pandemic. We appreciate you.
