Dem Restaurant wollte ich eine zweite Chance geben. Sushi hat dieses Mal deutlich besser geschmeckt. Nur die Edamame waren nicht genießbar. Die wurden vereist auf den Tisch gelegt. Die Bestellung muss man selbst auf einem Zettel aufschreiben, das habe ich sonst nirgendwo gesehen! Sonderwünsche werden auch nicht berücksichtigt. Daher die 2 Sterne!
LONG WAIT, bad service. We arrived at a very busy time and the kitchen and front were overwhelmed with orders. We spent nearly TWO hours from walking in to walking out, and still did not receive our full order food (only drinks and miso soup). The rest of our order was simple sushi dishes. The waiter forgot to put in our order, but only admitted his mistake after we finally got his attention and spoke about it twice...after having already waited for nearly an hour. His initial response was "There are a lot of people," before he admitted his mistake the second time around. We watched as others came, were served, ate, and left. It was very chaotic and getting any of the staff's attention was difficult, if not somewhat impossible. They were swamped with orders, etc. The prices are good, but I can't say how the food was because we never got any besides the soup! If you go, try to go at a quiet time. Disappointed because I was looking forward to this place, and the menu had good offerings. I hope the restaurant can remedy these issues because it seems to be a decent place for a nice, casual dinner.
Das Essen war Spitze! Ich habe selten so leckeres Sushi gegessen. Die Preise sind angemessen. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Ich kann nur Positives berichten!
So schlechten Sushi und Suppe hatten wir noch nie! Es wird nicht auf Wünsche eingegangen. Man wird sozusagen gezwungen den Sushi roh zu essen obwohl wir es flambiert und durchgegart wollten. Auf Nachfrage ob man es bitte flambieren könne wurde es nur ganz wenig flambiert und war immer noch roh! Sehr schlechter Service! Außerdem hat mein Sohn eine ganz schlimme allergische Reaktion von der Suppe gehabt und seine Augen und Gesicht sind total angeschwollen mit anschließender Bindehautentzündung. Einfach der Horror
Meine Freunde und ich kommen schon seit 6 Jahren hierher um Sushi zu essen. Bis jetzt hat das Essen immer super lecker geschmeckt und wir werden wohl immer Stammgäste bleiben!!! Ich verstehe die anderen Kommentare teilweise nicht…es ist nun mal ein kleineres Restaurant, bei dem nicht immer alles perfekt läuft. Meiner Meinung nach muss es das auch nicht. Das gibt dem Restaurant doch seinen Charme;) Uns gefällt die gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Decent restaurant with limited menu . They have vegetarian and vegan options. Reasonable price. They do take card. Little difficult to find street parking
Wonderful Japanese cuisine! Beautifully served meals that made us all clear our plates!!! Tons of sushi, vegan, soup and sides options. Highly recommend if you’re in Heidelberg and want some Japanese food.
