The receptionist was rude and drink and he tried to fraud us
I missed my flight i need it only one night w called them and said okay for 600tl after that we went their we were very tired nd i have a 10 month old baby so we needed rest , after we came he said i cant speak english nd kept translating on mobile after that he said we are fully booked nd we mentioned that we called him half an hour , he said 1000tl for night as we are two and have baby ( i dont know why ) , then 900 tl then 800tl then 1000tl again also he was acting weird nd freaky and i said to my husband in arabic lets go he made fun of my husband nd repeated my words and laughed, after that my baby needed rest so we had to agree we went outside nd enterd again he said who are you i dont know you we are fully booked , he kept making weird sounds with his mouth nd getting closer to me and my child and wants to touch her or hold her nd i bushed him away nd he kept saying by a weird act sorry my brother from my heart nd kept getting closer to me nd my child again , we went outside to call a cap my child kept crying loudly so one of the hotel resident went out in the balcony nd said whats wrong can we help you for you baby nd they ordered us. A taxi thank god , when he saw this he kept saying for the people arab arab no taxi and saying words nd laughing nd the residents putted their hands on their mouth as its he was saying bad words ,, thank god we went to another amazing hotel ,, i don’t recommend this for any reason under any condition or you will end up in some where is bad

Rezerve edilen ödenen oda başkasına verilmiş. Gerekçe ise 12 den önce giriş yapmamam. Otelcilikte böyle bir kural varmış. Ben geliş saatimi bildirdim halbuki. Neyse Allah a şükür bir oda verdiler. Oda ki klozet oturak ve kapağı yok. Duş başlığı yok. Sehpanin 3 ayağı var. Yastıklar leş gibi kokuyordu yastiksiz yattım. Allah a şükür çarşaf ve havlu temizdi. Az kullanılmış duş jeli de vardı. Ve bu hizmet için 600tl ödenmiş. Yazık... Personel tavır olarak kibar bir insandı.
