Busses are old (repainted?) and not comfortable. They are made for shorter journeys for short people. If you are above normal height (say over 185) there is no room for your knees and the seat height reaches your neck so no support there... Forget resting in these conditions. Adding one point for being in time for my two journeys. Will not travel with Flixbus again unless forced.

They are thieves and unprofessional, more concerned about money than being concerned of passengers well being. They left a 2 year old kid and mother in the extreme cold by saying that they do not have a car seat so they can't take kids, even though there was a valid ticket. They refused to listen and never gave the refund of the tickets despite raising the matter with the customer center

I am very disappointed with the service I received from FLIX BUS. I was traveling with my 4 young children and was not allowed to board the bus because I did not have car seats for all of them, even though airlines do not allow passengers to check car seats as luggage.
When I explained my situation to the bus driver - that I had just landed in the country from an international flight and did not have a way to transport car seats - he was very rude and refused to listen to reason. No accommodations were made for my travel needs as a parent with small children.
I then contacted customer service to explain what happened and request a refund for the unusable tickets. However, they did not seem concerned about my difficulties or show any willingness to help resolve the issue. No refund was provided.
As a mother of young kids traveling alone, I relied on public transportation to complete my journey. But this experience has shown a shocking lack of flexibility, understanding or customer service from FLIX BUS. Not being able to board with my children, through no real fault of my own, and then not receiving any assistance from the company afterward, was unacceptable.
Future passengers, especially families, should be aware that FLIX BUS do not make allowances for special circumstances and lacks compassion. I cannot recommend them and will look to use alternate transportation providers when possible.

These people are THIEVES!! left a bag on the bus, contacted them while the vid was still in it's way to the final destination, but instead of contacting the driver they were checking forc half an hour if I've filled in the lost property form lol. Three days later no news from them. Either the driver or the cleaners took my expensive item, and the company doesn't care at all. There are similar reviews below, check them. You might save little money on the bus ticket, but if something goes wrong you're on your own!!

Never travel with this lousy company, especially from Stockholm! No one ever knows where they leave from, and the drivers go whenever they want, even if the passengers who bought tickets in advance did not get on the bus! The driver just decided to go early and sneeze, they wanted you to waste your time and money!

They canceled my train from Stockholm to Gothenburg at the last minute, and now 2.5 months later I still haven't received my refund and they have made it extremely difficult to interact with their support team (slow, unhelpful responses every few weeks that still haven't led to any resolution).

It was my first time using this bus service, I purchased 3 tickets using the computer terminal at T Central and nothing printed out, I showed the bus driver the bank transaction and did not honor it, he asked me to pay him more for the 3 tickets cash and he don't want to give me a receipt, I refused to do that and I traveled with other carrier and lost my money with flixbus.

Left my backpack with documents, cash, electronics and other valuable personal stuff in their bus. Support refuses to help me because I have no booking number despite I indicated time and place of the trip. This situation would not happen if card payment terminal in a bus was working. But because it didn't I had to pay in cash and driver did not give me any ticket or receipt.
